This store has very rude employeesI personally believe to do not come anymore over here.Because they are not following the rules of head and when in the last i ask for receipt of my bill they are giving me my credit receipt again i asked they are just arguing in rude manner that we are not providing any bill she refused me for bill and we have AMA discount she refused to give us discounts and when I argued then she is saying just give them like we are homeless peopleIf headquarters following there reviews please take action for bill receipts they are saying its for our record not for customers and on receipts it’s mentioned cardholder copyWhat is this behaviourIts very bad experience here

Very nice Marble Slab Creamery. The place was clean and tidy. The ice cream was very good - I had coconut ice cream with Oreos in a white chocolate Oreo dipped cone. The manager seemed friendly and helpful, but was also on the phone while taking my order and serving my ice cream.

Very friendly staff, delicious flavors, and a bright, welcoming environment. Marble slab is a great spot to grab a cold treat on a hot day.

Incredibly friendly staff! I went in there with my dog and they even offer little cups of vegan ice cream for them! (Not the stuff in the picture)

First time trying their ice cream definitely don’t regret by far the best ice cream in town. Staff very polite, friendly, professional. Definitely recommend

I didn’t even get to try the ice cream! I went and checked online before going in to see what time thru closed, it’s said 10:00 so at 9:10 I said perfect I have plenty of time. When I arrived at the store I seen that it was closed!! At 9:20 pm I was shocked and disappointed to say the least, especially when I read the hours on the door and it said open until 9:30. I’m very disappointed that I made the drive for no reason

I was having a pretty rough day today :( My hubby took me in for a banana split to cheer me up. The banana split was great, but the cheerful, friendly staff made an even bigger impact on me. I don't live in Grande Prairie, but I'll definitely be back. Hopefully on a better day! Thanks for being awesome

Found a rock in an ice cream cone. Went to notify the store and was treated as if I was a criminal. Was offered a free ice cream cone. No thank you. I’ll never be back. It takes years to build a loyal customer but it only takes a minute to lose one. I will take my family elsewhere.
