Thanks a million to the White City Wireless Age Fam! I have gone to this location since the day it opened, and have had great service. I now work in the beautiful lands of The Okanagan and recenlty this week ran across issues with my current phone. My plan indicated i was due for an upgrade and these fine folks hooked me up way out here in BC. I cant not thnak you enough for making my life easy and mailing me my new upgrade which arrived in less then 72 hours. You Guys Rock!!

I had a great experience at the store. I had a technical issue with resetting my email on my IPhone that Jesse B. was able to resolve. I had tried for two days to get it resolved by Technical Support online and over the phone. I visited the Emerald Park location and Jesse spent almost an hour finding the issue and fixing it. He was a HUGE help. Excellent customer service! THANK YOU!JG

Went above and beyond to assist. Josh was so pleasant to deal with and the manager at the Emerald Park store made sure that I had what I needed. If you want customer service, friendly, professional assistance go to this store.

The Witless Age in White City/Emerald Park has the worst service I’ve ever seen.I went there May 15 2023 to upgrade my phone and was told my phone was only worth $36 instead of the $225 I had been told I could get for it.The phone had never been out of its otter box defender since I got it 2 years ago.The young fella that was helping me,(who was very good), said it was in great condition, but he had to clear that with his manager, and 30 seconds later he came back sheepishly to say that it is damaged and therefore only worth $36I told the manager that this was ridiculous and that I would take it to a different location.I went to one of the dealers in Regina, and they took one look at it and said it was perfect, and proceeded to give me the full credit.My new phone is great and so is my SaskTel service.Don’t go to the Wireless Age in White City the manager that was their on May 15th will try to rip you off

Anibal has always been great. His service is why we followed him from the Broad & 8th store to the Emerald Park location. He answers all our questions and helps us setup our phone to our liking.

Easy going service, explained everything needed to know. Explained billing in easy terms to know.

Wanted to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max and was having a hard time finding inventory around the city. Best Buy and lots of other places were out of stock so I took a shot in the dark and called this Wireless Age. Not only did they pickup my call before opening (my apologies for calling before) but they had the exact model I wanted in stock and were willing to sell it outright to me. I appreciated that they held the phone for me as I drove in from Regina.5 star service and wonderful location. Thanks!
