DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM!!! They are nothing but thieves...They stole everything out of my phone and it took them three weeks for me to get anything back, a complete runaround...all for nothing... I took three different devices to them and they did not do anything for any of the devices, other than steal parts from them!! On top of all that... one of the devices that was given back to me wasn’t even mine .... not sure what they did with my device... extremely unprofessional, they lied for three straight weeks, and on top of that, stole everything out of my other phone.... DO NOT GO THERE for anything... if you do, your not Guaranteed your device will be there when you come back for it!

I brought my wife's phone in with a shattered screen. It was not the usual fix. Normally, this would have been simple fix for the young man but something was different about our device that was more difficult. After paying for only a screen, it turned out that a full LCD was needed. They didn't charge me any more than the initial $84. I know the cost of a new LCD is at least $79. I had offered to just take a refund for the screen and send the phone in to Asurion for a replacement but, the proprietor wouldn't hear of it. They went far beyond great service. I highly respect their ethics and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their phone. They even threw in a free battery and a phone case. I was really fine with just the work being done and it really is a perfect job. I would have had to pay $150 for insurance so, they saved me $66. Respect

These guys are great. I took my Iphone 6 to them to get it repaired because I had cracked my screen after dropping while I was getting out of my car. The price was extremely fair and the service was way beyond great. I recommend wireless Geeks to anyone with an iPhone.

I have lots of phones on my account of varying brand and refuse to pay for insurance. So I've taken more than a few in to iGeek in Madison Heights for repair. They always do a good job, and if there are follow up issues on the repair they handle it without a problem. When I'm totally out of luck, they have used phones that work great. Friendly staff. I'm paying under 1/4th as much using them than having the overpriced insurance. BTW - I've worked on enough phones in the past to know what a PITA they can be. Way better to have these guys do it. Oh, and they use quality parts, not the bargain basement stuff.

I dropped an iPad mini off on Wednesday 12/15, I was told it would be ready same day or the next. I called two days after and no answer. I called all weekend and even went up to the store and it was closed. So Tuesday 12/21 I just called a different location for the hell of it. I finally got ahold of someone and they said they would get back with me within 10 min. Nothing. So I called this store again and I finally got to someone. I guess the store was closed for a few days for a reason. Which I totally understand! I just wish there was more communication involved. Like put a sign on the door or put a message in answering machine message about what’s going on. Other than all this the staff is very friendly and did a beautiful job on repairing the screen!

Great service! Replaced my iPhone 7 Plus screen for $100 which is pretty reasonable considering that the screen was basically completely shattered. Wait time was 1 hour (not bad). Overall great experience!

I went to them to order a mobile repair part. Surprise, he went in back, and had the part for my Samsung Galaxy S4 ... a tiny 4G LTE antenna wire !!! Great place !!! Service was quick, polite, and honest !!! I like the green they use on the outside of the building too !! I recommend !!!

I needed a rear camera replacement on a smart phone. I had researched the repair and decided not to try it myself. I went to the iGeek store in Madison Heights. It was late in the afternoon. The technician was polite and recommended I make an appointment for the repair so he could prioritize it in his schedule. The repair involved complete dismantling of my phone, so I followed his advice.When I picked it up,the camera was perfect, however the sceen wasn't quite working. Again, the tech politely examined my phone, recognized the problem and fixed it within the hour. Because I knew the complexity of the repair I was impressed by his manner, his knowledge and his ability.I would bring my electronics here again and I recommend this store.

No longer in business. Phone company sent me here for warranty service. But it's an empty building

I chose Wireless Geeks because of the good reviews, and I was not disappointed. After dropping my phone in a lake, I dried it out for several days in a bag of rice, then brought it in to these guys. They took it apart, cleaned it out, got the phone working, and were only going to charge me if they succeeded, which they did ($75). Fair price, great same-day service. Thanks!
