The doors of the ATM vestibule are open only during banking hours. This is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of an ATM. I understand the reasons why local banks are doing this, but how about finding a better solution? I suggest installing card-scanners on the exterior door that we can use our bank cards to access the ATM. Hotels have been doing this for years.

So far impossible to speak to a person. Hours of operation are terrible. Closing our account as soon as we are able to actually get to the bank.

Yes they do run shorter hours then most banks now days but there service is great. They all know me by name and do what ever is possible to help me out. My mortgage is there and rate is fantastic.
