I had bought a winter coat on Amazon and the zipper was a joke, and I have a pair of boots from Mark's that the pull tab on the zipper broke, I got both fixed and couldn't be happier with the finished products. The zipper is super strong and made the jacket look batter too. I have to bring in my other boot, because funny enough, the day I picked up my boot, the other one broke. Lol! Definitely would recommend. Super friendly place as well.
