We received excellent service from Liam. Very professional and thorough. He was very polite, explained everything he was doing & showed us the problems. Once pieces ordered he returned at a day/hour that worked out for us & replaced the broken parts. We would absolutely use this service again. As well the prices are very competitive and the service on point.

Needed my fridge repaired, they were the only company that could come the day I called and within a few hours as well. I can't speak French and they spoke very little English but it was no problem, communication was enough to get the job done quickly and I will go to Electro-Frigo again when in need. Excellent service.

I called this morning because there was water dripping in front of my fridge / freezer. A few hours after, a technician was already at my place, with the proper piece to fix everything. The service was professional and efficient, the technician explained what was happening and what the new piece will change. He even helped me clean afterwards. Highly recommended.

Have used their services multiple times. Always very nice and informative technicians. Usually able to solve all problems within a few minutes. Wil let you know if it's not worth repairing instead of charging you the labor hours and provide accurate cost for parts.

Gave free estimate by text based on information I provided very quickly. Very responsive. Arrived on time. Technician Gerry was knowledgeable and very nice. Price estimated was respected. 6 months warranty while most competitors give only 90 days. Would definitely retain them again. 5*

I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough.They were easy to contact, very friendly over the phone and we were able to make appointments quickly for both of our appliance issues.We first had Liam fix our dryer and then had Thierry fix our dishwasher. Both were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. There were instances during both visits where I asked several questions and they were answered honestly and it was clear that they had the customer's best interest at heart. Both problems were fixed quickly during the first visit and the rates are so reasonable. I'd absolutely use their services again!

This team is so professional and efficient! A technician was at our house in less than 3h after our initial call. He fixed the fridge rapidly and brought it back to life at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend this company!
