Tried to work with this company for weeks. Many phone calls & emails exchanged but it was impossible to get a straight answer on cost. I even made an appointment to meet with one of the salesman who never showed up for the appointment! Very lousy customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for competence & professionalism. I was lucky to find someone else who met with me on time, worked on the project, provided me with excellent quotes & then completed the job when promised.

J'ai acheté un sofa modèle Biltmore à la fin des années 90 qui a facilement passé à travers ma vingtaine, trentaine puis aujourd'hui ma quarantaine; et il est toujours avec moi et en parfait état. J'ai changé la couverture (toujours avec eux) il y 2 ans et celui-ci est toujours fantastique et systématiquement une référence pour tous qui viennent chez moi depuis des années. Pour ceux qui doutent de la valeur des produits Biltmore, ils sont tellement résistants que c’est pratiquement un investissement. Super service de la part de toute l’équipe; je ne puis que recommander ce commerce. Chapeau.

Most comfortable Sofa I have ever had. Bought my first 2 seat 10 years ago and my wife and I just bought a 3 seat sofa and coffee table for our new home. The more pillows the better! We got a charcoal fabric with down filled pillows, the only problem is that it is so plush I keep famlling asleep watching TV LOL
