Excellent sevice !

I don't know about the quality of their doors, since I've been waiting about 8 weeks for a door that was supposed to take 3-4. They told my installer that the door would be in on Thursday, but when he went to pick it, they couldn't find it, and then told him that the truck had been delayed". I couldn't believe that a company this big did business like that

we ordered garage doors from clopay through home depot. this was the absolute worst service we have ever had. the doors were ordered in early july. with delivery 3-4 weeks.by september, we contacted home depot and were told one door was at the clopay warehouse. the other door hadn't been ordered. a few weeks later, the installer came to install the one door. it was a mess with dents and black marks all over it. he took pictures of it and mentioned he had never seen a door in such bad shape.the second door did arrive and was installed okay. the replacement door arrived in early october and was then installed perfectly. we would NEVER order anything from this company again. thumbs down

This is a garage door manufacturer. They make all kinds garage doors which are excellent and very durable. They are not open to the public but if you go to their website you can find a local dealer and likely a show room near you.

I have a dented panel section looking for a replacement. Not much information was given.

Home Depot should not deal with this company, they don't stand behind their warranty. Over $9300 I spent on three residential garage doors with installation, the measurements were wrong and glass panel end up not on the right location in the top. Very disappointed.
