Construction/ digging noises all. Night. Long. For months now with no regard for those leaving nearby. Don't respond to emails or phone calls asking about what they are doing and bringing up legitimate complaints about the noise and lights. And I am not being dramatic when I say there have been nights this was going on until 4am.
