I recently bought my new bed from EzySleep and I could not be more happy! The owners were very pleasant and made the entire process so easy. When my husband and I went in to look at different material to customize our bed, we ended up falling in love with their mattresses and ended up buying one as well! They were fast, easy, excellent customer service and even greater quality products! Not to mention the bed was very easy to assemble. The bed has a very luxurious look and feel to it. Will definitely be buying more beds from them in the future. Thank you!

What a smooth mattress buying experience. In and out in 20 minutes with great service explaining different models and trying them out.Then great service on delivery and haul away of old mattress.Then for mattress itself, unbelievably good. So comfortable, sleeping so much better.

Best deal ever had ! Bought specially made mattresses and boxsprings for my parents in law . As they are very old . Delivery was on time and the delivery team delivered it to the room .Price was really worth the service and the Product . Store guys even called after the delivery to confirm how was the delivery if i had any issues with the delivery . Had a very great experience with this store . will visit this store again

I bought my daughters twin and my king mattress here. This was one of the best customer service interactions I've had. Sales people were not pushy and extremely helpful. Delivery guys were on point and efficient. We needed to wait a few days before having our mattress delivered (at our request) and when I called, they not only remembered me but certain details of what we discussed prior. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could.

Great communication, same day (!) delivery, awesome quality.Bought Cloud Series foam mattress 1.5 month ago and had some time to test it. The mattress is on a firmer side, and I love it. It helps a lot with a good night sleep and prevents back pain I used to have. The nice thing about foam, is that even when my toddler is jumping on my bed, I can still lay next to her comfortably without any interruption

Purchased 3 Queen size mattress already. will be buying another. first mattress is now 1 years old and is still great.

We had a good experience with Ezysleep. We bought a queen box spring that came in two parts which meant we could get it through a narrow basement stairwell. Good quality and quick shipping. I would recommend. Thanks

I purchased mattress from them online where it said I have 90 day trial and only went to store to pick it up but it was not good so I asked them to exchange on their email. They specially ask me to come to store to talk about exchange and when I go there and upgrade to another mattress , they told me that I would be able to exchange if there is still an issue with the mattress. I paid extra to upgrade and only went to store as per their request. When I contacted them about 2nd purchase, they say that they cannot do it as they did it first time. I was emailing them for about a month only to get a resolution. They are so dishonest that would lie to your face when you are paying in store. And they change their polices or would blame factory that they dont accept exchange. Nobody wants to pay 30% fee just to get an exchange when you are covered in 90-day trial. So after talking to them for about a month , only got disappointed and unhappy with service they provided.They wouldn't even talk to you over phone . Asked them multiple times.Note: They have different policies in store and online which they clearly not mention on their website.
