I was told from the start I would need about 10 sessions to help heal my back completely, so I went for it. It was hard at first because my back kept hurting, but I kept it up. After the ten sessions were done I could still feel some pain, but I didn’t realise that the treatments were helping me. About a week after my last session my back suddenly felt a lot better and it was FULLY healed after another 2… 3 days.

Sciatica pain treatment at acupuncture Cai: I was having severe pain in my right leg ( Hip to toe). It was so severe that I used to wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep and had to walk for 30 to 90 minutes before going to bed again. Pain was such that I was unable to sit and for sleep had to take painkillers and muscle relaxants in night.I was in queue for MRI appointment to identify the severity of Sciatica and waiting made me restless , this is when I started to google to find a treatment . I figured out that acupuncture may help.I started my treatment with Dr Dong at accupuncture cai and that was my best decision. His treatment coupled with medicines given by doctors started showing results in 2 weeks .In 4 weeks I was able to completely stop my medicine and have good sleep of 8-9 hours without pain. Yes still there is some pain but hoping it will go away in some more sessions.I am thankful to Dr Dong for the right acupuncture treatment he gave me which helped me to recover much faster than I was expecting.Disclaimer: This is my own experience ,please use your discretion for your treatment.

I have had overactive bladder for years. I suffered from urge to urinate every time when I was out or sleeping …. I've tried everything.....different meds, etc, etc. and it did not work until I started acupuncture in Cai clinic. After 6 acupuncture’s session I feel better, less urge for urination and more confident when I am out. My bladder stopped bother me as before. Dr Cai did a great job by treating my symptoms of overactive bladder and not only it, but his treatment has also improved my overall health. I highly recommend Dr. Cai to everyone who has problem with bladder and urination.

Dr. Cai is honestly amazing. I’ve been dealing with cluster headaches for years, been to many neurologists, taken many scans and seemed nothing can help, as they don’t know the cause. Many people are not aware of this type of headache, also known as (suicidal migraines).Yet, Dr. Cai knew right away and was very confident to help. I went from having these headaches everyday (multiple times a day) to now, after 6 sessions only twice this week! Dr. Cai is the best acupuncturist in Montreal. I had chronic migraines for years, could no longer function, spent most of my time wearing sunglasses or lying down in a dark room. Nothing worked, preventive medication, pain medication, special diet, etc. the pain would always come back! I had no more life.Then I went to see Dr. Cai, he listened, took notes, made me write down where I felt the pain and how long it lasted during the week. He really listened. After the first few treatments, I started getting relief. Now I am completely pain free! I still can't believe it.He also cured my tinnitus which I had for the last 10 years. I recommend him to anyone suffering from these problems. Don't suffer in silence or give up on your health. It can get discouraging, trust me, I've been there. I have known Dr. Cai for many years now. We used to go to him to treat colds, for immunity buster, pain (trigeminal nerve inflammation)…… Recently, I went to see him to treat my hypertension which came back after several years.
