it was late and the tables and chairs were messy with some crumbs while the place wasn't busy, so I just sat at the cleanest table available while waiting for food.staff was friendly and on point and efficientfood was delicious and hot

There's really not much you need to say about Popeyes except that the chicken and service is pretty consistent every time. While Church's has now taken over the number 1 spot for me in terms of fast food fried chicken, Popeyes still has a special place in my heart and I would never hesitate to come back and enjoy their spicy, delicious chicken.

They turned off the air- con in the summer. It was 36 degrees celsius in the store. Please turn it on the next time. Food was decent.

After so many bad experiences at Popeyes chicken i stop going to any Popeyes but after long break i recently visited the Popeyes Chicken located at Thickson and Hwy2, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The overpowering stench of the chicken was enough to make me lose my appetite before even taking a single bite. The unpleasant smell permeated the entire restaurant, making it impossible to enjoy the food.To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant was abysmal. Every visit I made, the place was dirty and unkempt. The tables were sticky, and the floors were covered in crumbs. It seemed as though the staff had no interest in maintaining even basic hygiene standards. It was an absolute nightmare.The service was equally disappointing. The staff members appeared indifferent and uninterested in providing any sort of customer service. I encountered long waiting times, incorrect orders, and an overall lack of professionalism. It was clear that the employees were not adequately trained or motivated to meet customer expectations.I strongly advise against visiting the Popeyes Chicken at Thickson and Hwy2. The repugnant odor combined with the consistently dirty environment and poor service made for an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by avoiding this particular location at all costs. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that will provide a more enjoyable and satisfactory experience.

Very poor customer service, my 3rd time getting rotten chicken fr this restaurant and I normally don’t complain but this time the lady going to ask what do I want her to do about. So I told her to taste it or smell it if she would eat that and she said in a vegetarian I’m not eating that

There was a promotion on the app but the app was broken. I showed it to the gentleman inside inside (who was very nice) but he said they can't honor any online deals and that I have to order online. Well that's great but the app doesn't work so I can't order online. The store and app need to be on the same page for promotions. I'll take my business elsewhere were they actually honor their specials.

Pop machine not working. No ice and pop is warm. Told the girl and she said it would have ice in 10 to 15 mins. After reading the reviews it appears this has been an ongoing issue. We asked for a cold pop from the fridge and she said it would be an extra charge. After some protesting, she offered us one at no charge. There was two of us but we took the one and shared it. The women’s washroom had no toilet paper or soap. Informed the girl and she said she would fill it. We ate in and she never went in the time that we were there. The whole front area needs a good cleaning. I would hate to see how the back looks. Don’t think we’ll be back.

The store really needs a good deep clean. Everything looks dirty. The staff was very nice though and the food still tastes good. It's just unappealing to the eye to think that things might be dirty in the kitchen because the customer area looks so grungy.

Really bad experience here over the weekend, around 11pm on a Saturday.Cons:The staff don’t seem very attentiveThe chicken didn’t have the proper breadingMy spicy chicken was the same as the mildOil was pretty oldGravy was super chunky (like when you leave gravy out) versus being properly warmed and storedLack of attention or care, the two workers not really doing much and a 4 minute wait on an online order was 20 minutesPop machine was down, because they ran out of gas…not sure I ever heard of that beforeI would avoid this location, my usual spot closes at 11pm and this one is open late. Save yourself the pain but if you are reading this and going in, at least you know how bad it can be.
