CASHLESS store now ! Went with my buggy to the cashier. loaded it all on the conveyor and was prepared to pay. She said we don`t take cash anymore here or at the self service. Do you have a card ? Yes, but, I want to pay cash. Sorry. So, I said sorry as well. and will never shop at Walmart again after 31 uears

It has all the groceries and electric stuff you need for your home and work. There are two level one is through the main entrance from the mall where electric and work as well as clothes are supplied, while below this floor through the stairs you will see the main groceries and food items arranged in the rows. Staff is helpful and good but the waiting time here to checkout is long especially on holidays and weekends, but they got sales on these days which is quite great. Yeah this was my experience and thank you for reading and have a good day.

I visited today to walmart to return my stuff and just want to appreciate Customer service girl her name is GURSHEEN she is super calm girl I have ever seen in this walmart who handles situation so calmly and moreover working so hard she was handling two Customers at one time because she values everyones time and apologised customers whowere in line as one customer took long time. Otherwise I always find rude customer service assosciates other days.

Ordered from this store. Got charged twice for an order that never even showed up. Either it was stolen by the driver or driver was careless and dropped it off at another house. Took me nearly two weeks to get a refund issued by them since Walmart refused to release the refund into my account for some reason. I contacted them a total of 9 times and got told different answers by different people. Was told someone would contact me and no one did resulting in me having to get in contact with a supervisor. It shouldn't have taken that long for someone to take action and issue me the refund properly. The agents are useless and so if their customer service line. Needless to say I won't be shopping there anymore and I hope who ever reads this won't use their website. It's absolute garbage..

Visited this location for weekly grocery, and came specially for this, I didn’t had coin and asked about trolley if I can get it with my credit card. Cashier there said me we only accept debit and we can’t do anything about it. Cashier said I can’t provide you a coin neither we can open a trolley for you which is REDICULOUS!I then requested another Cashier NAMANthat if I can get a trolley because my grocery would be very hard to handle without trolley. He said I can’t do anything about it and “you can help yourself”Like seriously, this is what you guys are here for to say?A person is coming to do grocery in busy routine and gets customer service like this? totally ruined the day, such a wastage of time.

The customer service is soo bad. We waited almost 10 minutes for someone who can open door so we can take hair straightener, but no one came and one lady tried to look for someone, but unfortunately no one came. I don't know what these employees do at work, if they can't help customers. These kind of employees should be fired. Worst experience.

After that, she asked her if she wanted to apply for a MasterCard, and the customer replied, “I submitted the application two to three days ago, and the response has not yet come.” She had asked that she could see why the answer would not come yet. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the post-sale customer service I received from your company. On June 8, 2023, I made a purchase from Walmart's online store, and unfortunately, I mistakenly entered my previous address for the delivery of the products. However, after I checked my email to review the order, upon realizing this error, I immediately contacted your customer service team to rectify the situation, and it did not take more than 2 hour from the moment I placed the order.To my dismay, the initial interaction with your customer service representative was unhelpful and misleading. They provided me with incorrect information on how to cancel the delivery through FedEx. I was told to contact FedEx directly, but it turns out that FedEx does not accept changes from the recipient; only the sender has the authority to make such modifications. This lack of accurate information led to unnecessary delays and a significant waste of my time.In response to this setback, I called Walmart again, hoping to rectify the situation and request your assistance in canceling the delivery. I was informed that out of the three items on my order, only one had been processed and that the other two could be canceled. However, to my astonishment, when I checked the status of the order later, I discovered that the two items that were supposedly cancellable had not been canceled at all.This oversight has caused me great inconvenience, as I am currently residing in a different city and now have to bear the burden of renting a car to pick up the items I explicitly called to cancel. Not only has this situation caused unnecessary financial strain, but it has also disrupted my plans and wasted my valuable time. This lack of attention to detail and failure to provide the promised assistance is unacceptable.As a loyal customer of Walmart, I have always held your company in high regard for its quality products and reliable service. However, the experiences I have encountered throughout this process have shattered my confidence in Walmart's post-sale customer service. I believe it is crucial for a company of your stature to take responsibility for its mistakes and rectify them promptly and efficiently.Therefore, I kindly request the following actions to resolve this matter satisfactorily:Immediately cancel the delivery of the two items that were not processed and arrange for their return to the warehouse. I expect to receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation and the necessary steps to return the products.Compensate me for the inconvenience caused by your company's mistakes.
