I stayed here for a month while working in Smithers. I can't say enough great things about the Storknest! Immaculately clean, warm & friendly customer service, the breakfast is amazing & the location was perfect for travelers without a vehicle. The owners and all staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and lovely. I already miss everyone!!

A true Canadian experience: Awesome breakfast and warm hospitality. The rooms are a little old, but extremely well kept and clean.

Impeccably clean rooms, crisp linens, and a very good breakfast selection with made to order eggs (who even does that anymore!) served in a very comfortable breakfast room.Currently a bit dated, but the owners are renovating/upgrading the rooms. Walking distance to downtown, coffee shops, breweries and the museum. Minutes from skiing, fishing and walking trails. Great place to stay for singles, couples or families with warm hospitality more in line with a b & b. Gabby (owner) was fun to chat with and obviously enjoys meeting her guests. We will definitely choose to stay there again on our next trip to this lovely town.

Very well kept older hotel. Everything was well scrubbed and clean. The rooms were kinda bare bones, but you could get coffee tea to drink downstairsWe were served a hot, amazing breakfast from very friendly staff.The only thing that I would have liked to see was a small seating area on main floor. We did meet different people while enjoying our breakfast. The fun part of travel is eating other people who are doing the same thing

Perfect location, very good service, great breakfast with seasonal fresh fruits and good coffee, very clean rooms, they picked me up from Smithers Airport because Smithers currently don‘t have a taxi.My recommendation! I would book there again.

Convenient location along the main route between Prince George BC and Prince Rupert BC. Clean and comfortable rooms.The check in receptionist, Mary was very pleasant and efficient.. she is an invaluable asset to the Inn and to the hospitality industry in general.Free breakfast included.
