I very rarely write bad reviews, but this place is definitely an exception. I ordered a slab pizza and wings. I received a call to say my order was here, but then I go to my door only to see my delivery driver smoking inside his vehicle. He eventually notices me standing in my doorway and comes sauntering out of his car. He hands me a debit machine, and I say I'd rather pay cash if you can make change". I hand the man a $100 bill

The Samosa poutine is a must try. I have tried many times but sometimes they burn the samosas which is not good in taste.You can ask for less mayo on top. There is no space to dine in but we ate in our car. Also they'll take some time to prepare it for like 20-25 mins, but it's worth waiting. One large is enough for 2 people (at least for us)

We have been eating the same pizza over 3 years, to be specific SPICY PANNER WITH DESI BASE, and when we came here today and the pizza we got was the wrong pizza, so we went back in the store and told them about it they refused to accept they made a mistake and said you never mentioned desi base sauce. And the girl who works there was like this time we will remake it, and it will take 25 minutes. We have never had a bad experience specifically for this location( westdale ) we drive from Hamilton mountain even tho we have other locations close to us. This was a really bad experience to have. To add more they didn’t have common courtesy to greet their customers.

Tried the chicken shawarma pizza and it was pretty good. Price was okay too however there are many spots in the city that have a better deal. The only issue I had was the pizza was mad dough-ey. Would probably try again :)

We place order for thandoori pizza and they made the wrong one. We were moved in new house and there’s a lot people and they all grabbed slice because we believed they made it right. We called them and said the situation and they said it’s not their problem there’s kids too they didn’t know what kind of pizza is that. Poor customer service and even we agreed to pay the half of the wrong one they denied. Don’t recommend this place for good customer service.please make sure you order the is the right one because employees didn’t capable of that. Thanks everyone

The taste of pizza is good but they have the worst customer service. I WAS a regular customer. I USED TO order at least once a month but I‘m done with them.Tonight I ordered a pizza and pairs of extra grilled chicken topping but the amount of grilled chicken was even less than regular. I called and they didn't believe it.Some other time, they put the wrong sauce on my pizza, and the manager made me send him 3 pictures to believe my words.I won't order them anymore.

We ordered the combo with 2 medium pizzas, 20 wings and the 2 freed dipping sauces. Hot & Delicious!!!I think the girl that took my order was a trainee, but I could hear her her manager behind her her gentle egging her on. Both were great! Even after she reiterated my order, the manager came on the phone and offered to repeat my order, but I said that the girl did a great job repeating my order.Anyway, what awesome training and service!! That builds customer repeat, company respect, and trust!Lava pizza is simply the best quality, service and price!Cathy MarkDundas, ON

I ordered pizza and complained and they just said eat it! So ordered on your own riskAnd driver is not having any etiquette. Speaking very rudely. After that they called and told to pick the pizza from store. Then why did I order for delivery!
