Really expensive, basically we pay a lots of money just for the school's logo on the shirts and cardigans.

The care in customer service is awesome. Very patient and helpful!

We bought uniform at here. The staffs are very nice and helpful. We found there's a small hole on the bottom of the pants when we back home. I called them and they sent me a new one for free in 2 days. I will recommend here to friends.

We ordered online and did cut side pickup. Super easy!

Sept 20 ordered a school hoodie. Takes 10 days to process an order which seems extreme but it is what it is when there's no alternative supplier. 2 weeks later nothing so called and was told its on back order and no eta but if I want a smaller one its on stock....fyi kids don't shrink so maybe offer a larger one if you try this option at all. Was offered to have someone within 24hrs email us with an update. Update email arrives and says it will be in next week. 1 week later I call to see where it is and....its on back order with no eta but if you want a smaller one.... and we will email in 24 hrs an update. Guess what, no email and no hoodie. It's been 1 month so far Order# 41225-Web. Update Oct 22: Received email saying available for pick-up. Staff is super friendly but process is what hurt star rating.

I ordered a hoddie in October 2022 for my daughter. The system said we would have it at the beginning of December. Then in December, I called them and they said it would arrive in January 2023. Now, I am still waiting. The thing that make me pretty mad is they deny my request of changing for a bigger one or cancellation. They just kept saying: I'm sorry and I can't do anything. I suppose I have no choice but receive my hoddie in summer, and I will see it's getting smaller when my daughter can put it on. So take my advice, never ever order anything from this store.

Really good for Catholic school uniforms... I get my uniform there all the time!!

Service is either great or non-existent, it depends on who you get. The uniforms are, in my opinion, not high enough quality for the prices they charge. Sizing is inconsistent from year to year, and certain items wear out/fade/stretch way too fast.

Update September 20, 2021:It goes to speak about the staff at Cambridge Uniforms, about the fact that they really care about their customer's opinion and feedback. Benji reached out after I wrote my original review (below) and was very patient and heard our concerns and promised to pass on our feedback about the material to their production team. We were able to get a virtual fit session setup to go over sizing with our son. It is really refreshing to see an organization take their reviews seriously, follow-up with customers to make sure they properly address it. Benji, thank you for understanding and hearing us out so patiently! Updating to 4 stars for excellent customer service. I would love to see the improvement in the quality and durability of the clothing as well. We will look forward to the uniforms arriving.---Original review----Friendly and awesome staff but aweful quality of clothing and order turnaround time (pre and post COVID). Not to mention their website which is not user-friendly and a maze to navigate. The sizing information on the website is very misleading.The quality of clothing is extremely poor, yet the cost of is along the lines of premium brands of clothing. Clothes shrink and get discolored despite following wash care instructions.Absolutely not worth the money. If only schools provided options of different vendors, parents wouldn't be stuck with Cambridge.
