Well, what more can be said about PPF Guys that hasn't already been said.From the initial communication to the final touches of his two week post-completion follow-up, James showed his exceptional attentiveness to customer service and an attention to fine detail in his application of the Front End PPF package and Ceramic Coating for our new Tesla Model Y LR Deep Blue Metallic that left a very significant impression on us.He was responsive to our emails, explained the materials and process he uses, and as this was the first time we had PPF and ceramic coating on any of vehicles, he guided us in what package he offers was worth considering, given our planned driving style for the car, and what packages were not worth considering. Because of the number of PPF applications he has done on Teslas, he exhibited a significant understanding of the Model Y, which came through in his explanations to us.His availability timeline meshed with ours, and when the work began, he updated us with pictures as he progressed through the application of the PPF and ceramic coating.When we picked up the vehicle a few days later, it looked great and felt so smooth to the touch. He said to bring it back in two weeks for his examination and during this time to frequently look over the car for any issues with the PPF and ceramic coating.When we returned, we noted for him two small items: a small bit of buckling of the PPF on the driver's side mirror housing and a very short thin line of white dots" on the passenger side mirror housing that only appeared at a particular viewing angle. Recently got PPF installed by James at PPF Guys, and I couldn’t be happier! Decided to go with James because he seemed. Very knowledgeable, professional, and his price was very competitive.The communication with James was seamless, and he was very accommodating! I know there are a lot of companies installing PPF in the lower mainland, but I strongly suggest you consider PPF Guys because the quality of work is spectacular and location is very convenient.

I have contacted a few other local shops about wrapping my Tesla with Xpel Stealth. Ended up going with James from PPF Guys because of their competitive pricing and most importantly the relevant good reviews they have accrued.James managed to book me in very close to my delivery date which was awesome. I was also very impressed with the daily updates he was able to give me regarding the progress of the wrap, thus all the pictures I am able to post here. He even asked me to bring the car back in 2-3 weeks time to do a complimentary check up on the PPF installation.His care and passion for his work does show in the final results, which I am extremely grateful for. I have already recommended James to another friend that is also a new Tesla owner, will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a PPF job.

After researching PPF application while waiting for delivery of our new Tesla Y, I had narrowed it down to PPF Guys and so glad I did. James answered all of my questions with great detail ahead of time and when the time came for pick up of our new car, I contacted him again and he was able to accommodate our short time frame and we drove our new car directly from Tesla to PPF Guys in Richmond. The Full Front End application was immaculate with extreme attention to detail. The pride James takes in his work is obvious. Highly recommend PPF Guys!

These guys are the best all around - from the initial contact to pick up, as someone else has commented.They replied pretty quickly with a reasonable quote for my Model 3 and were able to get me in the next day for a full front/rocker work. Photo updates were very much appreciated as the work progressed and the finished work was excellent! (You also get a ride to and from the shop) I had already read from other reviews that they do full sheets (vs pre-cut patterns) so that no painted area is exposed and prone to dirt collection. We recently acquired a model 3 from PNW/USA. After searching of PPF installers from Seattle, Oregon, Vancouver BC. regions, We decide to go with PPF Guys. Their website shows nothing but Tesla projects they specialize on, so if you have a Tesla that need PPF, this is the go-to place. Price is very reasonable for the tremendous high quality work they provide, in fact, it's actually lower than a few PPF installers in Seattle area. I took delivery of my model3 on a Saturday, and James was able to fit me in on next day Sunday appointment. Leave the car in the morning and pick up next morning. Along the process, James keep updates on the progress (with pictures) via email. James is a tentative, hard working, customer-oriented young man that you can trust your car for his work. The Xpel glossy PPF on my model 3 looks great. Now I don't need to worry about the stone chips on I5 anymore.Highly recommend others to take service with PPF Guys / James.
