I had a great experience hosting my event at OCC. The staff and management were helpful and accommodating. Events can be stressful and I'm glad that everything worked out well. Don't forget to ask the manager for decor by Mommy and Balloons. 5 Star !

We just celebrated our Mom's 75th Birthday at Oshawa Convention Centre and it was grand! The Simco hall was perfect. Everything from decor, food,sitting , projector, media was exactly the way we wanted. Especially the food was excellent. The staff was very polite and cooperative. Great service! All our guests had a fabulous time. Anushae was very helpful , she managed everything very well. A big thanks to Anushae and her exceptional staff who made our celebration memorable in every way.I highly recommend this place for your events or celebrations!

Standard modern banquet hall decor with clean washrooms. Nicely organized as other Durham region venues. Not as big as other venues in Durham Region, or as elaborate set ups or facilities, but close to downtown Oshawa and restaurants.

I had the pleasure of booking a baby shower event with Anushae. She was absolutely amazing, she responded in a timely manner and was able to answer every questions I had, even if I texted her after hours, she’s very understanding and accommodating. The venue is lovely, clean and a great venue for events. I would recommend booking your next event there 100%.

I have booked Oshawa convention centre for my son’s birthday. Anushae was really helpful. She coordinated everything including food, decor and table setup for us and made our job easy. The staff at the convention centre are super friendly too. I would definitely recommend to my friends!

Servers and Darleen were very well organized. Anushae was very rude. Her famous line throughout our experience “well i already told you” . To all these reviews saying she was there for decor and food is lying..clearly a made up review. Whenever asked about this things she would tell us”I don’t know I only deal with managing the hall and payments.” She really needs to work on her attitude and professionalism. We had a small event here and it was filled with stress and lies. If you have a big event DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN HER. I simply can not gain anything from this post so it’s up to you whether you believe me or not.

Such an amazing space, beautiful lights, affordable place to have any event function. Staffs are very nice and helpful !

As residents of Oshawa, we were looking for somewhere to host a pre wedding event called a Sangeet. From the first interaction, we felt very welcome and accommodated. We worked with Anushae to coordinate setup and everything went smoothly and to plan. This venue was flexible, the staff and servers were friendly and helpful, and the space was clean.The only negative I can think of is that the ice machine was down in the hall at the time so we supplied our own, but were provided access to the hotel machine if it was needed. Again, all grounds were covered and our needs were met for a successful and memorable event! Thank you Oshawa Convention Centre! You are giving us a great option for future events in this locality.

We held our engagement party at the Oshawa Convention Centre recently, and it was wonderful! The manager Anushae was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She organized the decor, layout, and table setup for us. Pricing was very reasonable and the staff were super friendly. Anushae and all the staff really helped our event go smoothly and it was beyond our expectations.I would highly recommend the Oshawa Convention Centre and would definitely book here again!

What a great wedding show, we met alot of amazing people and the traffic flow was good. The convention center was supportive and welcoming, would highly recommend being a vendor at this event.
