Andrew is simply amazing. I had an emergency plumbing need in my house and he accommodated me within the hour of my calling him. He went above and beyond what was needed. He explained the issues very clearly to me, explained the fixes and even showed me how I can repair and maintain it myself in the future. He charged a very resoabablerate and most importantly I learned a lot about my house and the light plumbing needed for everyday DIY in general. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need and I must say that I’m now a loyal customer. Keep up the great work Andrew.

I had an issue with a basement drain releasing sewage smell intermittently. I called Midtown Plumbing and Andrew gave me some tips on things to check before committing to a visit and a diagnostic fee. Having done all that, the problem remained and I then asked him to come diagnose the issue. He used a special camera to look through the piping and to give me peace of mind that the problem was isolated to a small section near the drain. He outlined options for living with the issue, or to have it fixed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I'd definitely use his services in the future if I should need to.

Andrew was very prompt, we called him, and he came in less than 20 minutes to replace our kitchen sink faucet. He did a great job, explained everything, cleaned the space after everything was done. Our kitchen sink is now fully functional.I would recommend his service to anyone.

Very satisfied with the professional service Andrew had provided us. He showed up on time as promised. He was very thorough, took the time to explain what was wrong with our clogged kitchen sink and then proceeded to fix the problem. He even gave us a few plumbing tips after. His pricing is very reasonable considering his knowledge and skills. Highly recommend Andrew for any plumbing needs!

Shut off valve to the outside tap was not shutting off the water completely. Andrew was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix the problem by adding a better quality shut off valve. He also took the time to explain the operation of the new valve. He was quick, very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
