I called DHI to fix my pool thermopump which had failed. Jocelyn the technician they sent was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions while he fixed the thermopump. Service was quick and courteous, really awesome experience, highly recommended!

Amazing service extremely reliable these guys are the best! Called at 1 am when my boiler broke down they actually picked up my call. Super honest they gave me the choice to have an emergency service immediately or wait till 7am and save some fees. I was so surprised when the technician rang my door bell at exactly 7am and repaired my boiler, the technician was really nice he explained everything and actually included a cleaning and inspected the full system. I was expecting extra fees so I was shocked when I saw the bill no extra fees exactly what I was quoted. Definitely will continue working with DHI for any future services.

I have been using DHI to service my pool heater for many years. For the most recent service call, the technician came right on time. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained what the problem was. At the same time, he also verified the whole unit to make sure every thing else was working properly. It happened to be the same technician who came for my last service call and he was as nice and efficient then as he was today.

I had my heat pump stop working after a power outage, which left me with no hot water nor heat as the cold December came. I called DHI via a reference from another company.I managed to get a hold of a man named Nick on the phone. He was extremely courtesy, and he made every effort to help me troubleshoot the problem before he sent a technician. He was actually trying to help me solve the issue to save me some money. This is so rare in today's world and is extremely appreciated.I called him Friday morning, troubleshooted for an hour, and returned his call to get a technician into my home the same day (on a Friday!).The technician named Jocelain was unbelievably knowledgeable. He had only worked on this specific unit twice, but quickly diagnosed the issue and maintained the system. He explained to me what he was doing and why it was important.I will be using these folks exclusively for my heating needs moving forward.

DHI are the people to consult if you have a gas furnace needing repair. Most plumbers can install, but they lack the diagnostic skills in case of malfunction. They tend to just replace components and see what happens. In contrast, DHI repair people cleaned my furnace, and deftly troubleshot a pilot module problem that saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended.

I am a new homeowner and have a gas furnace that shutdown late on a Friday. I called a few different heating service companies and Nick (which I later found out is the owner of DHI) was not only the only one who picked up but was also kind enough to walk me through a safe and efficient bypass well after normal work hours so that I could have a functioning heating system over the weekend. He then scheduled a top technician first thing Monday morning who explained to me everything I need to know about owning a gas furnace. You don't see this kind of world class service often these days. I am lucky I stumbled across this company and they in turn gained a customer for life.I can't recommend this company enough for your heating needs. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Spoke to Nic and he helped me troubleshoot a malfunctioning Viessmann Vitogas 050 furnace/boiler over the weekend. Saved me big $ avoiding an emergency service call by finding a temporary workaround. Honest and knowledgeable. I recommend DHI 100%

I felt very good after DHI fixed my heat pump for my pool and did not take much time, DHI was aware of the situation as i have explained to DHI my problem, and was fixed.

Called DHI on New Years Eve in need of immediate service. Spoke with Nick who scheduled an emergency service call later on in that day for our hot water boiler which services 30 apartments. In the mean time, he gave me a few pointers to fix the problem, long behold it was a simple drain clog which I cleared. Not only was the issue resolved right away, we avoided an expensive emegerncy service call on new years eve and most importantly the hot water was back up and running immediately.
