Wow! We love Grandview Lanes!Vanessa and Link were very helpful and friendly throughout our time there, and they were very gracious about a gift card issue we had.Of course, the bowling was very fun too.Looking forward to trying out glow bowling next time! (^-^)

We had a fun evening there playing 5 pin bowling. However, a couple of things could be better. The kids who had a Bday party in the lane next to ours were all over the place. Some of them were standing in our lane, which was weird to me. Because the lanes should be kept clear. Also, It was like there were not enough balls available. We even once asked one of the attendants to send us some balls. Also, they moved us from our original lane after an hour. The whole experience definitely could be better if these things hadn't happened.

If I were to describe all the reasons why this place is getting a 1-star review, I would sound like one of those over-the-top reviewers. Let's do it anyway. We spent over $1,000 here on two separate occasions for employee appreciation events. The first visit actually went well and without issue. The second visit a week later was absolutely terrible. The older woman who was in charge was either on drugs or irritated because they were coming down from being on drugs - that's really the only logical explanation for her behavior. On several occasions she basically stuck her hand in the owner of our company's face and said Ma'am

Had an amazing time. We'll worth my first time. Went on Saturday morning. It's family friendly and hope you go check it out

I love this spot! Bowling is always fun but special shout out to Vanessa. You can tell she loves being at work and is a delight. Her customer service really makes it special.

We had a disappointing experience at this bowling centre. Based on our experience, there are a few areas where the centre could improve its service.Firstly, the issue with the food order not being prepared despite calling more than 48 hours in advance is certainly frustrating. It’s very disappointing that the centre didn't live up to their promise. Although, they tried to accommodate the orders that night we came but they should ensure that they are properly staffed and prepared to handle food orders within the promised timeline.Secondly, while the centre did admit their mistake in serving the wrong food, it's unfortunate that it took additional time and effort on our part to get the correct order. This is an area where they could have done better to ensure that their guests' orders are correct.Thirdly, the fact that the centre didn't allow us to extend for another game that we already paid for is disappointing. As a paying customer, we should have been given the opportunity to use the full value of our payment. It's important for the centre to communicate clearly with their guests about the terms of their bookings.Lastly, the rude behaviour of the worker we encountered is unacceptable. Guests should feel comfortable approaching staff with their concerns, and it's important that employees are trained to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.Overall, the bowling centre needs to improve its service to provide a better experience for its guests. It's important for them to listen to customer feedback and take steps to address the issues we encountered.
