Mountain Medical Walk-In Clinic

There was no one in the place...I walked up and stood there for a few mins as the door was locked. The receptionist just looked at me standing there. Then grabbed a sign and put it on the inside of the door right in front of my face and walked away.

Very unprofessional place .. a medical clinic which does not respect patients medical needs ..very poor service and unprofessional reception..I mentioned that my daughter have a special need and cant wait for a long time so We ate waiting in the car .. the receptionist said i am going to call her name if she did not answer your turn is lost :/If a medical clinic not gonna respect the patient needs .. then who will :((

I have visited this clinic 5-6 times and never had a bad experience. I’m going back today and will update.***UPDATE:The staff was courteous and helpful, the doctor was also very nice and explained everything in detail and has answered questions in a kind and professional manner.I was the last patient in, after me they’ve locked the doors, but as another patient was leaving, someone was able to sneak in and they were not turned away. The only “negative” was that if you have a cough or fever, chills or other COVID symptoms, you have to take a COVID rapid test, which they provide and you can do it in your car.

I have been here a few times now, and the receptionist is terrible at her job! she has 0 patience for anyoneShe is very aggressive and can not manage a crowd. a patient just called and said i am so busy I have 40 people in the waiting room call back" she then put a sign on the door and mumbled stuff then went to her car for a smoke. there are about 12 people in here currently. She needs to get some more training or a new job. This is not just a 1 off. this is here everytime you come! Terrible terrible customer service! also everyone has to wear a mask but her?"

This was my last option for a walk-in clinic and it turned out to be very disappointing.We initially waited for 1h 45 mins in a room with a handful of other patients. When finally in the examination room, we waited for another 1h 5 mins. After inquiring about if the doctor was still seeing patients, a young staff member assured me that she was and that we were just last. There were at least four patients who arrived after us, I pointed out, to which he looked bewildered and apologized.Add to this several more concerning issues. After the clinic had been closed for some time patients came to the door and were regrettably turned away. Except one guy, who was presumably a friend of the staff working the desk. He was quickly ushered in and brought to an examination room. Amazing. This guy got to jump the queue is since, well - it pays to know the right people.The front desk staff, not a nurse, weighed my child incorrectly to get a reading 5lbs under my child’s actual weight. A 25% error is significant when the dose is for an infant. It might be time to hire a nurse at the clinic.Lastly, and quite absurd, the receptionist called a patient from earlier in the day inquiring if she had charged him or not for the visit. Unprofessional at best.Based on prior reviews, these are just several of the frustrating and nearly futile experiences. The clinic is disorganized and staff lacks competence and integrity. Numerous childishly written signage is tacked up on the walls of the office - signs of knee-jerk modifications to this haphazardly run clinic. Surely, there is room for improvement.On a positive note, Dr. Faizah Ilyas is compassionate, gentle and thorough in her examination. Her explanation of the symptom picture demonstrated expertise and professionalism. Her care was helpful.

Terrible place!They never got back to me! It’s been 3 weeks they supposed to call me in 2 days. I keep calling them but every time they’re putting me on hold for more than 15 minutes after picking up the phone!After 3 weeks when I still had the sore throat they asked me to visit again and pay $100 AGAIN so they can give me medication! This is ridiculous!!Never returning again!!

If I rate this place with zero stars I would. I've been waiting for more than 2 hrs with my sick daughter and the doctor will go ahead and take people who come after me for blood work check ups. It's ridiculous they would prioritize whoever they would finish with first over a sick child.Never again will I come here.

Very Bad service from receptionist....I am there to collect the x-ray report and he told me to give 100 dollars to get the report.Finally I went to x-ray centre and collect the report without even paying single money.And I check with him Is this report k to submit to work purpose or do we get any other report from hospital,he told like you have to pay 100 dollars and consult doctor.Finallt I paid 100 dollars,but at the end doctor refer me again to other specialised doctor without even giving any other report.Just for saying that,they are charging...Buisness minded....

Although it was a busy day and there was quite a wait people were moved along as expected. Reception was pleasant enough and Dr. Faizah Ilyas was personable professional and knowledgeable I did have to end up going to Urgent care but she gave me a signed note so I could give it to the doctor at urgent care that greatly helped out. The most rude doctor i have ever encountered in my entire life. I brought my 2 year old daughter to see if she has pink eye,, and the dr told us that she should not behave like that (crying) in the dr, coz dr are there to help them. Telling us the we are the problem that we should teach our child not to behave like that, and telling is she has behavioural problem. What a very rude dr.
