Darby did an INCREDIBLE job photographing our engagement. My fiancé proposed during our vacation. Prior, Darby worked with my boyfriend and recommended proposal spots, time of day, local restaurants etc. We ended up at Green Lake. The photographs are beautiful. She even brought us champagne! We truly do not need to take more photos before the wedding. Thank you Darby for capturing a beautiful moment and making that moment even more beautiful in pictures.

Darby is fantastic! A mutual friend recommended her saying she would be a good mix of gorgeous photos and a great personality. I couldn’t agree more. Darby is professional, friendly, timely, easy to communicate with, and SO talented. My husband was quite nervous and she helped us feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We absolutely love our engagement and wedding photos.Honestly, I barely noticed her during the reception, but I saw a video a guest took and Darby is in the background working insanely hard. It’s very impressive. We have a nice mix of candid and posed photos of our guests.I would recommend Darby to anyone and everyone. In fact, I’ve already given her details to a coworker of mine.

All I can say is wow! Darby was a dream to work with. She did both our engagement and wedding photos which we adored.Her photography style captured the candid moments which was important to us and she gave us access to unique memories we didn't see on the day.Darby is also incredibly easy to work with and adaptable. We were a pandemic couple so there was a lot of uncertainty around our plans, Darby made us feel listened to and supported amidst all the chaos. We were married during the heat wave of 43 degrees and she never complained once or had it damper her mood, adapted our shoot schedule to keep our guests safe from heat stroke, and magically made my husband and I not look like sweaty messes.Absolute dream to work with and can't recommend her more highly. We will be reaching out for future big moments for sure!

We had our engagement photos taken by Darby in 2021, and she was also our wedding photographer in 2022. Darby did an absolutely fantastic job both times.She has an excellent eye for good locations/lighting/poses/etc. and made my wife and I feel so comfortable throughout our engagement photoshoot.Leading up to our wedding day, Darby was very responsive and proactive in her communications. She was on top of everything; she helped ensure that we were thinking about the right things - our locations, timing, special photo requests, etc.On our wedding day, she was extremely organized and did a wonderful job of photographing our wedding from start to finish. She made sure to capture all of our special moments (details photos, getting ready, ceremony, speeches, sunset photos… so much great stuff!)She also did a great job coordinating with our videographer, coordinating group-shots for our families, and just being a huge help all throughout the wedding. The final set of shots are absolutely stunning, and we will cherish these forever. She was also a really calm presence - we received many compliments from our guests on Darby’s professionalism.I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an engagement or wedding photographer - we feel lucky to have found her!

Darby is AMAZING! My husband and I had our wedding portraits taken in Squamish on our honeymoon and we do not regret it. Coming from Florida, we were unsure of what the weather would bring. Darby worked with us the week leading up to ensure the weather was perfect and the environment was what we envisioned. The photos are stunning and her talent is unbeatable.Meeting someone for the first time to capture the chemistry in a relationship can be daunting - we felt like we’d known Darby for years.Highly recommend!
