What an amazing experience. In an unassuming area, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the shop was and how expansive their assortment of yarn was. For an avid knitter and crocheter like myself, it was basically heaven on earth. I will absolutely be back.

This little knitting spot has every natural fibre yarn you can imagine. They have the most beautiful selection and colours too. Best knitting store I've visited in the GTA. Also, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and lovely and friendly. They chatted my 6 year old up about yarn while i searched for what i needed. I cant recommend this shop enough.

Five stars aren’t enough!! If Heaven was a yarn store it would be The Knitting Loft!!Beautiful yarn sells itself. But you can’t buy customer service!!! This place has both!!Every time I have visited this store, I have received the best customer service. Maria once spent over a half hour tutoring me on The Shift Cowl and how the yarn plays with the pattern!! As a result, my cowl is gorgeous!! Rebecca took the time to find out if a custom order could be sent for a yarn they didn’t have in stock. It could!!! And Chad. Well Chad is the most funnest person ever!! So kind and patient and helpful. I live in Mississauga so this store is a drive. But it’s still my local yarn store!! I’d drive a hundred miles to visit them!!Thank you everyone at TKL. You are THE BEST!!

I wanted to give a shout out on the consistent and pleasant shopping experience I receive from your TKL. I only discovered your LYS during COVID and am so glad I did. Recently, you helped me purchase an extra skein of yarn needed for a Woolfolk pullover. You delivered! I’m so pleased to be able to finish the sweater.I also appreciate your LYS April 29th discount. You had exactly what I needed (wanted) in stock, gave me a decent discount (better than most LYS) and I received this in the mail May 3 - fast.Thank you again as you provide me with a long distance yarn experience that I need and it’s nice to know you’re just a few keystrokes away.

An utterly delightful shop, not what you'd expect from the neighborhood. They have a fantastic selection encompassing lots of local made Canadian yarn, and stuff from abroad. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. I'll make the trip again! Also, the peanut butter bars were exquisite

Amazing yarn store! They have really amazing customer service and a great selection of hard-to-find products.I emailed them about a certain type of yarn and colour way and they got back to me right away when it was back in stock.They have some cute Japanese and Scandinavian products that are also difficult to find in Canada, highly recommend shopping here for all Canadians!

Looking for high-quality yarn at excellent prices? This is the place!!! They have Canadian, USA, South American and European yarn. Tons of warm and friendly expertise. They can match your level of expertise with your project and help you choose the most appropriate yarn for a beautiful end product. Lots of beautiful colours and textures. This is my new go-to (no need to travel to downtown Toronto now)! Weekends are really busy here and parking is tricky (I park next door). Best to go on the weekday. Check them out! You won't be disappointed. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there but it is worth every minute of the travel time.

I got to the store at 17:01 because I got lost (I dont live in Canada) asked if they could make an exception since I come from far away (other country) The employee kindly said no. I wish they could be nicer and helped me
