Stone Script Inspections
I needed a home inspection done, but was unable to be there while it was done. Derek was willing to video call me and do a complete walk through of everything he found, pointing out the major issues and the minor ones as well. The final report is very thorough and provides detailed information on everything found. Well worth the cost, I recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection done.

The inspection was high quality, and done quickly after requested, and the report promptly delivered. This allowed me more time to consider the results while in the process of buying a new home.I appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection as well as the explanations of all the findings. He helped me differentiate major and minor issues, and what would need to be done in the near future, and medium and long term things that could come up. I would highly recommend!

Derek is fabulous to work with! Very friendly and thorough. He accommodated our request to have the inspection done sooner than initially scheduled, which we greatly appreciated. He walked us through everything in the house and took time to explain any aspects we had questions about or wanted more detail on. The summary report he provided was well laid out and detailed.
