Very helpful when I have questions that I'd like answered by someone with personal experience. If it isnt in store they will likely be able to bring it in for you. Always patient and full of smiles. One of my favourite stores to go on a shopping spree in.

They have a bad service. I went and I bought headphones and he told me you have a 14-day guarantee. If you don't like the device and you can exchange it for another type or we can return your money, you went home. I put them in your ear after a long discussion. He said the best solution ((Either you buy headphones one more time or you have to hope that the devices are good,)) this is empty talk and this is what happened. I hope you learn from the experience of others

I went in to change cell phone plans to save money because I like that sort of thing. The helpful staff asked me a ton of questions to figure out what exactly I wanted in a cellphone plan and were able to keep me with my current plan for less money per month with an additional GB of data by speaking on my behalf to Bell Loyalty. Additionally, they explained clearly what was happening through the entire process.10/10, would go back for their quality customer service again!

Great service . Well educated . Left the bell store on the square because they couldnt help, went to The Source in the mall and helped me right away, did exactly what i needed ... what The bell store couldnt . Thank you Rob and the rest of the staff.

We went into the source in Goderich looking for a phone for my son as his broke...Sam was the Associate that helped us, it was a great experience and Sam was extremely knowledgeable about all the products they had. He even offered to stay late to set it up as well.
