Jackie and the team offer an amazing experience at their Dunfermline shop. they made me feel like a queen from my arrival onwards, the shop is beautiful and spacious although still has a private feel.The selection of dresses were great, so great I felt a little lost in making a decision but Jackie's expertise really helped me in the right direction and I found my dream dress!I returned today to try my own dress on once it arrived in store and the great service continued! Jackie helped recommend matching accessories so much so I felt I couldn't go wrong!I can't wait till my fitting to see it all come together.Certainly worth a visit, can't wait to see you all again! I had an excellent m experience choosing my dress at Kudos Bridal. I was really apprehensive that I wasn’t going to have the same bridal experience because of the current guidelines for masks etc but Jackie and Megan made my time so wonderful. I tried on a range of dresses and still got to have a look and try on whatever I wanted. Jackie is so knowledgeable about styles and fits and very attentive. I felt so comfortable choosing my dress and when I said yes I knew I was making the right decision not just about the dress but also about where I was buying it, I know I’m in safe hands! Megan led my appointment at Kudos and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was accommodating and knowledgeable.Although I have since found my dress at another shop, I still had a fantastic experience at Kudos. As a plus size bride (size 28), I was very nervous before my appointment but all my nerves disappeared as soon as Megan started my appointment. I would recommend Kudos to anyone looking for a lovely experience.

Excellent bridal shop. Relaxed, friendly, staff genuinely interested in finding the right dress for you without stress. Bonus that the bridal assistant was a seamstress too. This is the first place that I went to where they pinned in the dress so you could get proper feel of how the dress would fit after alterations. Top marks. Highly recommend.

With my sister having such a fantastic experience a couple years ago, Kudos Dunfermline was top choice to try find my wedding dress. I phoned up to book my appointment with Jackie having seen my dream dress by a designer they stocked. She was great, she said they had the dress and made me more excited to come in and try it on. When I arrived for my appointment with my mum and sister we greeted by a lovely, smiley lady called Megan. She was amazing and made my search for a wedding dress everything I had dreamed of and more. Throughout the whole appointment I felt like a princess and celebrity as the staff at Kudos ran around making sure everything was perfect. From start to finish Megan was with me through every appointment and fitting and I can’t thank her and the staff at Kudos Dunfermline enough. There are not enough stars for me to rate how amazing an experience I have had with the shop and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to any potential bride. All of my guests commented on how amazing and beautiful my dress was and I can honestly say this was thanks to Megan and the staff for finding me the dream dress. Kudos Dunfermline you went above and beyond thank you so much.

Cannot thank Megan enough for her enthusiasm, patience, knowledge and professionalism. My daughter and I visited the Dunfermline boutique on the off chance that my daughter could show me a wedding dress she had seen and liked in London.We did not have an appointment but Megan had a gap between appointments and very kindly allowed my daughter to try her dream dress on so I could see it. Subsequent appointments followed with the same level of client care. Megan has the ability to make a bride feel special with a very friendly yet professional approach. We visited the boutique again this evening for more detailed measurements and had the privilege of meeting the owner Jackie who was equally welcoming, made my daughter feel very special and acknowledged the commitment made by Megan. My daughters wedding is next year but I am in no doubt that the level of service and commitment will continue until the dress is ready for collection. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kudos Dunfermline as a five star establishment. The boutique itself is most welcoming with tasteful decor and the owner and staff provide a service that is second to none. So glad that my daughter chose Kudos for her dream bridal dress. Jackie and Megan are fab! I was worried that with the current situation dress shopping would be stressful and difficult but the whole experience was excellent. We were made to feel extremely welcome and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Outstanding service I won’t forget. Jackie and Megan were extremely helpful and professional and clearly know their stuff. My shopping experience was 5 star and I felt so welcome and relaxed. I left with my dream dress and everything else I could possibly have needed. Jackie has a true warmth and kindness, it is very clear she likes to help brides feel amazing both in her shop and on their big day. Would highly recommend to all future brides.
