Did not get what I ordered but the food was pretty solid, just wanted what I ordered. Bathrooms were restricted/locked.

Went and got a large iced coffee with espresso no ice and a medium coffee. The medium was about 3/4 inch under filled.I understand the iced coffee being under filled because no ice but it is annoying.If they want to be technical it would be nice to do it correctly, the iced coffee should go to the 4th line, plus I got espresso so it should be slightly over but it was under.2 stars because the staff at the window were nice.

A very pleasant visit today at this location. Friendly employees. Fast service. Good food and drinks. Promotions on the app are nice. Much better than the location at 2390 Walker Road near the Chrysler plant; they are a mess and quite rude.BTW, the manager at this Ottawa street location, Dyann, is a really nice person. She runs a tip-top crew and the restaurant is immaculate.

Disappointed by the inconsistency,, 2/3 times they throw your food together. Better off making food at home or McDonald's. The staff are pleasant on an up note.

STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE NOT THE SHARPEST PEOPLE. ORDERED BREAKFAST EVERY ITEM WAS WRONG. STAFF NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ WILL NEVER TO GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
