I had a spring snap in my door and my opener burnt out, and i had called two other companies to do the work on my door. one was outrageously priced and the other was a very fair price, but it would be 8 days before they could do the work. I hired them to do the job and the day came for them to come do the work and they called me and said they'd be at my house in an hour, and they no showed. Then wouldn't return my calls. three days later i got Shaun's card from a colleague and he came over the next day and completed the job at an extremely fair price.Thank you Shaun, Great work, efficient and well priced.For the record the company that no showed me was Calgary Overhead Door.

Excellent experience replacing my overhead door with Bow River Doors. Shaun provided various options at very competitive pricing. And once we selected our door, they completed the installation quickly and professionally. After finding a defect, they contacted the manufacturer, got the replacement part and installed it no questions asked. Very happy with the service provided.

Great service, really knowledgeable! Even a year after they installed the door I had an electrical short (not related to them) but it fried my motor and they were quick to respond and help. They did a great job installing the door (I've had 4 installed by them over 2 years) but the service after the fact is what really counts to me and these guys are GREAT! Can't recommend them enough.

I called Shaun on Tuesday the installer Brett showed up exactly when Shaun said he would..Brett is a professional and it shows in his work....the door was a excellent price also...I would not hesitate too use them again!!

New door install on new construction - did not visit site prior to ordering door. I felt I did not receive all information required to prep (final opening size, hardware mounting location, electrical), despite asking. Seemed overconfident/cocky. Flashing/seal around door cut very poorly and installed with drywall screws - not a pro install experience. When discussing my concerns with him he was argumentative and told me I am “one of those customers that are impossible”. I work with contractors/trades regularly and usually have great experiences- this was not one of them.
