They just closed and nobody answer the phone. I went there and found the closed, then I called the phone number they left on the door and they sent me to another place which I need to spend two hours to get there. I really really disappointed about this place.

Purchased one of their pizzas that appeared to be partially cooked which was odd. I proceeded to follow the directions on the box and it was done a lot faster than what was stated with the proper temperature. After taking it out of the oven and eating 2 bites my throat felt extremely irritated/stomach irritated and my tongue felt tingly which is not normal at all. I’ve tried to call the company several times and no one ever answers the phone. This company does not care about their customers orthodoxy condition of their pizzas.

I have been calling for 3 weeks and no answer, I called once I booked my flight with my dog, they said they couldn't fit me in when I showed up and sent me 2 hours outside of montreal, terrible service for the animal export.

customer service is very bad the people who serve you are not trained for those positions. They do not give you solutions or answers to your questions.

Underated government agency. I was worried about visiting this place due to its low rating and it was a bit hard to make an appointment via telephone. However, people working here are very friendly and process things in a professional manner. Visited this place for my dog's health certificate for my visit to Korea and it was an amazing experience.

I need to travel with my cat and I'm trying to find out what documents I need to prepare. I called, but there is no way to talk to anyone. There is only an option to leave a message. I did this yesterday and today and still no response...

Excellent service, rapide et efficace pour le certificat sanitaire de mon animal de compagnie en direction de l'Europe. Rendez-vous pris une semaine à l'avance par telephone (appeler après 10h). Sur place, aller dans la section tour de bureau et c'est au 6 ième étage. Tout inclus, ça a durer 15 min.

Instead of putting music for the waiting list on the phone they put a message repeating the same message over an over and nobody takes the phone. Is a mess.

I need to travel with my pet and called in and left a voicemail for a call back. I got a call back the same day from the nicest lady. She was super helpful and friendly. She gave me clear instructions and what to do and answered all my questions.
