I recently hired GreenSaving Group for an emergency HVAC repair, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They responded promptly to my call, and their technicians arrived within the hour. I had a fantastic experience with Greensaving. The technicians who serviced my HVAC system were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. They patiently answered all my questions, explained the repairs in a way I could understand, and even gave me some valuable tips on maintaining the system. The level of expertise and customer service provided by GreenSaving Group was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Everyone beware and don't do what I did. After filling out a form on line and being contacted by phone I made the mistake of allowing them into my house. I was promised a monthly rebate which was to cover my monthly payment. When I read the contract more closely said rebate did not exist and I was o the hook for a $12,000.00 loan.Buyer beware a d do not let these thieves I to your house!!!!

We think what Greensaving Group doing here is borderline a scam. They create a problem during their installation so the customer has to call them back for repairs. They’ll then ask them for more payments. Doesn’t matter if you’re covered by the warranty, if you don’t pay, then have fun freezing yourself to death in the middle of the winter. We believe consumers in Canada deserve way better service than this.We bought a furnace from them on Jan 30, 2022, with a 1-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty. The furnace stopped working on the same year Dec. 15th.Their technician came and diagnosed the problem being a malfunction on one of the devices called Fast Stat which Greensaving Group installed during their furnace installation. they still want to charge us with $160, because they said and I quote: the labor and parts warranty is on the furnace itself and the craftsmanship of our workers but not on the product we use during our work. You should feel lucky that we didn’t charge you for it the first time.” They pulled out their technician leaving us with a thermostat dangling on the wall and a broken furnace in the middle of a snow day. Greensaving Group was recommended to me by a friend who was in the industry as a reliable and good value HVAC supplier. I couldn't agree more with this recommendation. From my initial contact, Bianca was very informative and took time to answer my MANY questions. She shared great information which helped me make my decision. Her communication was excellent and professional. Timely and clear. Couldn't ask for more. Once I decided to proceed with them, Zack arrived on time and ready to do the install of a new furnace and AC. Install went exactly as expected and they completed it in the time they had informed me Zack was particularly helpful my questions - I know - more questions!! The overall experience was excellent. They did what they said they were going to do for a price that I couldn't find anywhere else in the industry. I've waited to write this review until I could test out the AC and I can attest it is working!

Technicians were very neat and professional. Would highly recommend Greensavjng Group for all HVAC needs. Great job!

Checked the quote, and it is over priced for what they are offering. The hourly rate for their work is more than 400 dollars per hour Other than that can't comment.

Be the buyer be aware. They try to make discussion with you by luring you in energy rebates and then try to sell carbon filters. Interestingly, at the start of call they say that carbon filter will be free of cost and when you make up your mind and ask about delivery and installation they will charge you full amount of carbon filter. Cheap marketing indeed.

If I could do a rating of zero stars I would. Beware this company is sketchy and they like to scam people, got Nest camera and smoke detectors installed, said it was free, being charged currently $237 a month, was told we can’t cancel we would have to by out $10,000. Talked to the sales person who set this up for us, he said we can cancel and he will help us do so, waited 2 months never heard back from the guy, he ignores all our calls and his voicemail is full.. they call themselves a good company but they are a joke.
