One of the easiest companies I've ever worked with in this industry!Andrew is on the ball with everything and goes out of his way to ensure you're satisfied and making informed decisions. He outlined all the details prior to purchase including all the available warranty and replacement machine options which companies often keep hidden till it's too late.Cameron is very knowledgeable with the machines and has answered every question I've thrown at him along with testing multiple labels and printers to ensure the one I chose was right for my application.They have my ongoing service and I'd recommend them to everyone. I'm unfortunately not one of the satisfied customers of Neumann. We've struggled with a poorly operating machine for 4 years (purchased brand new from Neumann) and when requested, we were not able to rent or borrow their equivalent unit to get us past a short term problem. I think the solution they provided to purchase a second $4000+ unit for back-up is perhaps a great solution for a large corp, but for us, is not feasible. I think they know this particular unit is a dud.
