The store is a combination of resident and commercial unit, and the house was facing direct to Grant Ave., nice set up.They have lots of regular customer and owner always did the good workmanship on his work.Takes average one week to pick up, unless emergency needed.Their average prices like most of the other tailor shop and owner doesn't like customers bargain the price, either you take or leave it.

My wife has used Paris Custom Tailors on several occasions; I took a cargo pant for alteration a week plus ago. Both of us found Mr. Huy Bui very pleasant. Work is superb, timely, and modestly priced. We would recommend him highly.

I've been going to this tailor for years and Huy is so kind, skilled and thoughtful with the work that he does. He tailored my grad dress and he has altered multiple pairs of my jeans perfectly. I would highly recommend him as your tailor!

Needed an alteration on a Dress as the sleeves were too big and its off the shoulder. He just moved the shoulders so they sat over my shoulders and said I should wear it like that, but then the sleeves were awkward length. Was told I was wrong. So I said that's fine and I'll go else were. Didn't even attempt to ask about the other Dress. Guess he doesn't want to have my business. Thanks though.

Was very hopeful this would be a full time tailor for me, I always have a lot to work on. I went three times for work and each time was ushered out as quickly as possible. I thought good work would be worth the curt attitude so I kept trying, but on my third visit he did the opposite of what he said he would do to fix an item, and no matter what I said, I was told its better that way. The item had great sentimental value so I asked it be returned to its original form and came back to pick it up the next day. The owner placed it in my hands, told me the cost and walked right out of the room and shut the door without letting me speak, leaving me standing there shocked and trying to decide whether to even check it or just go home since it was obvious he did not care. My search for a good tailor continues. Rude, comepletely unwilling to communicate, no customer service. After reading the other low reviews it becomes apperant how little his customers concerns matter, no sorry!" needed in response here. Just try treating people with a little respect."

Do not support this business. I had a terrible experience at Paris Custom Tailors. I took a dress to be altered and the owner didn’t listen to me when I said the straps were too tight after he pinned it. I asked him to release the straps as it was uncomfortable and he told me no. I absolutely should have left instantly and took my dress somewhere else. I thought it might just be too tight since there was pins but he was very rude. I just picked up my dress and the straps were so tight it was digging into my arms and when I told him he said “no it’s fine”. He was extremely dismissive and rude, and did not care at all how I felt. For $65 I was hoping he would at least listen to his customer. Do not support this business, he is extremely rude and I am so so so disappointed.

This tailor is not in Paris but does a very nice job

Best tailor in the city by far. Whether it is repairs or alterations his skills are impeccable, quick and reasonably priced. Even when I needed an emergency alteration he had it complete within a few hrs. Would recommend without reservation
