Our recent purchase of a power lift chair was a very positive experience. The consultant (Dustin McCoy) was both professional and knowledgeable. He listened, answering all questions with confidence and consideration. The follow up phone call was appreciated.The gentlemen who delivered the chair did so politely and professionally.

We ordered our furniture back in January 2021. Susan was the best. She met all our needs. She has an eye for design. Our new house was delayed and finally our furniture was delivered today. It is perfect! Fits every room perfect. The delivery boys were awesome!! Keep up the good work. We will definitely be ordering again with Bennetts furniture Peterborough!!

First time shopping here and the whole process was seamless. I spoke to Michelle who was very helpful with all the information I needed about the couch I purchased. The delivery guys were very professional and kept to the time frame. It was a rainy day and they took off their shoes before coming into my apartment and I really appreciated that. Also the couch was covered from the rain. Everyone was polite and I didn’t have to stress or do anything as the couch came assembled. The delivery guys arranged it as well into the space I needed it to go. Glad I found this company.

Great service! this Sunny Days tv unit is solid wood! Furniture purchased 3 days ago delivered this morning. The day before delivery, I received an automated message giving a 3 hour delivery window, then they called when they were on their way. Delivery folks very friendly, efficient, clean, respectful. i am so happy I went “window shopping”. :)

This was our first time shopping at Bennett’s. We are so impressed with our experience from start to finish.After looking at the flyer we went to the website to see a wider range of items. Website is very easy to navigate and best thing is a box pops up asking if you have any questions. I typed in a question and I received a response within an hour from Abbi.We drove to Peterborough on Sunday to look at a sleeper sofa. Abbi was there and kindly guided us through the items we were interested in. She suggested that the Queen Murphy Cabinet would probably fit our needs best. In fact she had bought one herself. She let us look at items, took pictures for us and showed us a swivel arm chair that we were interested in. We said that we would go home and do some measurements to see if everything would fit.I called her back and ordered both pieces. Murphy Cabinet was in stock and could be delivered on Wednesday. Chair is to be made (Canadian) and we would receive it in September.On Wednesday Eric and Nick delivered the Murphy Cabinet. Unboxed it in the truck, carried in the tree pieces, set everything together and gave me instructions on how to properly open the unit. These guys were very efficient, polite and informative.Like I said earlier, from start to finish this was the best experience we have ever had buying furniture. It goes without saying….Team Bennett’s has earned all of our future business.Well done everyone….much appreciated ♥️

We first worked with Dustin when purchasing a headboard. He was helpful but not pushy. When it was time to purchase a sofa, we sought Dustin’s assistance. Again, he was helpful in us making a good choice of recliner sofa for our needs. We would, and have recommended him and Bennett’s to an acquaintance.

Lots of great quality items here. Quality comes with a price though. Be prepared for some sticker shock. My family have purchased several things from Bennett's over the years and have never been disappointed.This place is very large inside. Don't be fooled by the size of the building from the outside.Staff is always friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. Such a breath of fresh air not to have a sales person follow you as you shop.Lots of parking available.

Visited the Peterborough location in November in search of a new couch. Was warmly greeted when I was exploring the showroom, and had such a great experience! The service is top notch, Christina was amazing, and the delivery team was really the icing on the cake. They removed our old couch and brought the new one in so smoothly and efficiently. Can't wait to shop at Bennett's again!
