Unfortunately a terrible experience with them. We were traveling by and wanted to get a slow leak of our tire checked. Phoned in the morning and they gave us an appointment. Arrived and firstly no one was on the desk. Waited for around 10 mins just to be told there is no record of our appointment. The front desk man seemed unfazed or bothered and just said to come back later. He just said it wasn’t him we spoke to and he can’t help us. Unacceptable for an established and reputable brand. Maybe okay if you have time to hang around. Luckily there are other places in the area that will help you better.
