They have everything you need for a full costume. They have decorations, props, wigs, build your own costumes, clearance items, latex and spirit gum. Big store full with decorating ideas. Love it. Great for mystery party costumes also!

Love love love Spirit Halloween! What's not to love about this place. Their floor display is awesome and they are always changing it up a bit with different mechanical creatures and scary monsters. The one we went to is at the corner of Panet Road and Narin Avenue in Winnipeg. So much fun to go shopping and browsing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Masks and social distancing are a must.

It was fine until some rent-a-cop started accusing me of stealing. Despite having proved I wasn't, he continued to get confrontational. Eventually, that conflict was resolved, and me and my friend continued around the store. He began following us, and eventually kicked us out without reason. He got very confrontational, suggesting me to come back before he quit in October to sort this s*** out" (keep in mind I'm a minor) despite the obvious fact he will be fired before then. If you're reading this (which I hope you are)

I tried on a jacket a younger woman politely asked me too not try it on which I understand. And I quickly apologized. I was making sure too wear a mask, social distance and sanitize when I could. And then i said I was sorry for any inconvenience. than this older woman employee came 5 seconds after saying in a ruder tone that im not supposed too try it on. Even though it was already off the first time. And started watching me everywhere I went. and just made me feel embarrassed and self conscious. There's no big sign that says no try ons. And there's so many employees walking around but knowone talks too you or even gives you a heads up on the rules. I'll probably buy my stuff at another spirit halloween. I love the store but I just wish they made it more clear on the rules when I walked in and I wouldve happily obeyed them so I wasnt making their jobs harder.

Spirit Halloween is a terrific place to visit and purchase from! Great selection and service is amazing! Christine the manager and her staff will take care of you and go above and beyond. Had a problem with an animatronic and they helped me contact Dr.Zombie tech support…got the new part and my animatronic is back to life! Spirit Halloween has excellent customer service throughout the company and will take care of you!!

Hours of operation are wrong.Website lists opens at 8am but the store doors say 10am. I saw 3 other vehicles pull up and they all said the website and google said store hours open at 8am.Very disappointing.

Drove to 2 different places where they said they were open on their website. Both on 2 different ends of the city. They said they were open on their website. I called ahead of time and they said on their phone message that they are open but too busy to answer the phone. Staff was in the Nairn store when we got there but refused to open the door and pretended to not notice us. It was 5 pm and they close at 8. Beyond terrible service and website information.
