The crew was great. Very professional from set up to clean up. They left my location in a better condition than it was when they arrived. Very professional installation of the spray foam required for my exterior basement walls. Turned out great!! Super happy!!

These guys are pure HACKSHad them come and do an attic top up the day before we moved in , not only did we have to unpack but had to spend the entire weekend re cleaning a newly renovated house and had to have the ducts re cleanedConstruction manager Gary didn't even have the decency to talk to me ( the Client) or even do a follow up after the initial complaint and then proceeded to tell me that I should have waited until they were done to have my ducts cleaned completely unprofessionalThe mess , lack of care , and damage they left is completely unacceptableI have been in construction for over 25 years both residential and commercial and would never leave a clients house in that conditionToo bad theirs no spot for pictures. If anyone wants them before you hire e mail and I will send them

I dealt with Alex, he helped with my under floor insulation, spray foam on walls and blow-in insulation in Attic. Super pleased with the work they did and the price... thanks again!

Insta-Insulation upgraded my attic with blown insulation to R50. Now it's getting colder and it's already making difference. Bruce Jackson, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and saved me more money by recommending home renovation rebates. The installation guys were on time, very quick and made the process painless. Highly recommend.

While I was tiling a bathroom on the second floor this company was hired to spray foam rimjoists in basement. I was chatting with them when they got there and as they left. They knew where I was working and that I hadn't left. This is during winter so furnace is cranked. They never mentioned fumes and ask why i wasnt warned. After they left I started to get dizzy and nauseated and a pounding headache. I checked.online but to be sure I called to ask if I was supposed to leave due to fumes. The answer I got was ridiculous. I was told they weren't allowed to spray with people in the building according to their regulations. They didn't seem to care at all and basically said sorry about your luck. I was half way through tiling a shower and couldn't immediately stop. Once I could stop it cost me half an afternoon. Very unprofessional!!!

Work was completed on time, on budget and the team went the extra mile to tidy up and also inspect a potential heat loss area in my roof! Great job Insta!

Every one iv dealt with at this company has been 10/10. Bruce the estimator was top notch. Even giving me tips and tutorials how to do some aspects of my build. Joe is scheduling was fast with responses and was able to work it that I got next day service. James and TJ the installers where amazing. Great attitude. Showed me some more tips and how to’s, and did a great job in application and clean up. Would recommend and would use again.
