Do not use this place. I got one order through with them after an initial misprint, but on the second order (made in Nov 2020), there were multiple misprints, and then continued delays until today (mid January 2021), when I finally said cancel the order, going somewhere else. There is also very poor communication, and it was almost always me having to call them to figure out what was going on. This has been damaging to my business.

I would not recommend this place terrible customer service...after multiple emails and calls they said they would send me a proof of my business cards which was a lie I had to chase them( even had to show up there twice) they lied saying the proof was actually done and said “oh you didn’t get my email” but when the proof was printed it was the same one without any edits done to it. After the old owners left this place has gone down hill. They lost my business card file and this is the second time this had happened. Even after they FINALLY printed the cards they weren’t even the right colour and looked like garbage. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have tried working with this company 3 times now. Each time has been a nightmare. After my experience today I will never go back!!Each time I have ordered a sign they tell me it will be one day turn around time. Every time it has taken AT LEAST one additional day. The first time they did not follow my instructions and printed the sign wrong, they did fix it in the end but took longer. The second time they quoted a price and tried to charge much more on pick up. This time I have waited 3 days for something they said would be ready in one day. After multiple phone calls and emails, they keep saying they will call back to give status update. Shortly after my final call, I received an email saying that they could NO LONGER COMPLETE MY ORDER!!!! 3 days late! Couldn't even call me back to tell me this???? Now I have to search for a new company that can print a sign asap. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Terrible customer service.

the service was friendly at the beginning, but the quality of the business cards was very bad, the cut was not precise and the printing was not well centered, I ordered new ones and I think they gave me the same ones. the guy who served me insisted that they were fine. The truth is that I did not want to waste more time and I left.

2 full days to do my job of 120 businesses cards, it was not started until arriving to pick them up near closing of the store for the day, and my product was un-acceptable!Very very disappointed, my businesses cards were requested Thurs before the store opened online, I requested to have them done by Friday, i did not pick them up my mother did on her way home from work. She arrived at the store around 3-4 pm. when my mother arrived they had no idea where my job even was she had to call me and give my full name, as well as my email before they found out they didn't have it started or seemed to care. When i got my order I then got to see the very poor quality, the front of my businesses cards are cut reasonably well with the occasional miss cut, but the back side all my businesses cards are miss aligned on the left border and more then half are miss aligned on the bottom. they are very noticeable some even cutting into what seems to be the next car. Not only that my edges are all soft as in it was cut with a dull blade. I would be conformable paying 55$ for 100 businesses cards double sided full color, if the job was done as it should be

I went in to see how much it would be to get a price on my business cards & the price was very reasonable and was done in just a few days I then had 2 shirts made for my business and they had them done in again just a few days next I asked them to make labels for my bags I have been amazed at how fast and efficient everything was I would recommend Minuteman Press again for all my business needs thank you
