AVOID!!! Terribly rude and incompetent staff. Promised a test result by end of business day but then the next day said would take 9 days!!! Refused to refund prepaid fees. Did not provide results. Charged three times the going rate at other vets for same test. Then sends a letter asking me to find another vet???? There's an ego problem here!!! You are not god's gift to animals!!! AVOID!!!!

We had a scary misdiagnosis by this vet. After much back and forth between their extremely rude staff that resulted in an apology from the doctor himself, we ended up seeking a second opinion.Either they never sent the complete paperwork to our new vet, or their diagnosis was dangerously incorrect because two different clinics were dumbfounded at what they received, and were surprised we were given a medication that was unsafe for seniors.We are happy to drive the extra distance to get the care we need at our new vet.

I took my 7 months old Bernadoodle to be spayed there, they did a good job didn’t overcharged any thing, no expensive fees and a month later she is healthy (the scar looks great!) and ready to rough plays again!

My vet doesn't do surgery, so he works with this vet for surgery needs. We brought our 7 month old chocolate lab to be spayed. All the staff that I dealt with were so friendly and informative. They walked me through the costs before anything was done, helped me decide on what extras were and weren't needed. The total ended up being even less than they quoted me. They also carefully walked me throughher recoveryand what to do. Her incision is neat and clean looking and she was back home with me the same day. I was so nervous when dropping her off. There was a customer there buying food who had nothing but great things to say about this vet which helped my nerves before I left. Overall, great experience!

Best vet I've ever had. He takes a lot of time explaining your little fur-friend's ailment and answers all your questions. The visit is not rushed at all. He has a very caring way with my dogs and he's very knowledgeable. Best of all, his rates are very reasonable, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised with the final bill. He even went out of his way to find a less expensive solution to one of my little guy's problems.

I called today because I had to have my 12 year old cat put down due to health issues. Since I didn't have a file with them, the lady on the phone -Sandra Charette- said they need to do a health check and said in these words you can't just have your cat killed because you feel like it" I couldn't believe her lack of compassion and professionalism towards someone. I went somewhere else that treated me right."

First time experience on the phone. Very good service. Extremely friendly and helpful. We are now new clients of this clinic. Looking forward in dealing with them in-person. My kitten now has a vet.

Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to bring your pets!! We have two loving cats; and went for the first and last time, as the location was convenient for us. Our cats were due for the annual shots and consultation exam. Like all cats, they can be a bit agressive due to fear. Here the Vet and assistants could not deal with the cats properly, the room to exam the cats did not have a counter to examine the animals. We were told to leave the room as they will go to a special room and we trusted them! Should have allow us in the room if they have concerns. Said our cats are a problem"
