My first appointment with Dalin exceeded my expectations in every way! Dalin was personable, authentic and very caring as a person. As a lash expert, she has exceptional skills. She gave me her honest & very professional opinions on what would be the best treatment for me. She listened attentively to find out what results I wanted to achieve. And she delivered exactly what I was looking for. My lash tint & lift was amazing! I have never gotten this type of result before at anywhere else. I highly recommend her!!

Was looking for the upper echelon of pedicures in Vernon, this was not even on the spectrum. I am a spa goer, the staff are great, no complaints on ambience or friendliness. But. Someone needs to go to Van and learn the process of a good pedicure. Many of the important steps were missed, those that were not were rushed and not at all relaxing. She was just going through the motions. Send someone for training, bring them back to train all your staff. A good pedi stands out. This was a big let down and waste of money. Big no from me, try anywhere else until the staff are re-educated.

Went for a wax and brow/lash tint. Sidney was amazing and super fast! I walked in with a warm coffee, got undressed, got on the table while she did a leg and Brazilian wax and dyed my eyelashes and brows and when I got up after my coffee was STILL WARM! Super awesome atmosphere and very professional! Highly recommend!

Took my four year old here for a Mommy and daughter pedicure. It was really well done and a very nice experience. A little more expensive for the kid pedicure than I was expecting, but they did a good job and I would go back.

It was a good experience all together. But I did not receive what I really wanted after I showed a picture. They weren’t as long as I would have liked them to be, which is fine they still look good.But, I was going through them with a spoulie, and a big chunk of them fall out. Probably won’t return for a fill.

By far the best place to go. Staff are friendly and has a very calm atmosphere. Nephy is absolutely wonderful and I have enjoyed all services by her. If your looking for lashes I’d recommend trying her!

My first pedicure and I was lucky enough to get Janelle who made me feel super comfortable. Great banter, soft touch and did a fantastic job. My feet feel amazing!
