Date of visit: January 27. Friendly and thorough in-store service. What I needed was not in stock so they offered to order the shoes for me. I paid in advance and was told they should get the items within a week. That was four weeks ago and although they say they appreciate my patience, I'm running out of it. They first said it was on backorder, so I waited another week but no phone call from them. I keep hearing the same excuse over and over again...We'll call you...". No clear ETA. Had I known it would have taken this long to receive my shoes

Looking for a place to twirl and pirouette in style? Look elsewhere, my friend. Rossetti is a dance store that has all the grace of a bull in a tutu. My partner had the misfortune of encountering the resident Québécoise woman who, instead of offering helpful advice, provided a masterclass in rudeness and disrespect. Even the simple act of checking stock over the phone turned into a foxtrot of frustration, with the employee stumbling over her words like a tap dancer with two left feet. And don't even get me started on the elusive item that my girlfriend was searching for - it was more elusive than a ballerina on a pogo stick. In summary, unless you're looking for a dance partner who's more likely to step on your toes than sweep you off your feet, I'd recommend skipping Rossetti.Fiona is nice however.

The woman working when I went there yesterday was incredibly patient and kind. I hadn't bought a leotard before and was anxious about it, and she explained everything I needed to know.I'd absolutely recommend going here if you're new to needing dance wear.Their pricing was also very good.

I absolutely adored this shop! It had all that I was looking for and the worker there was so friendly! My experience was over all an absolute joy! The worker knew exactly what she was doing and was so incredibly helpful. The atmosphere alone is worth 5 stars. I felt really taken care of and the service was just incredible. Definitely a memorable experience; if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!! 100/10 would reccomend.

Best dance store in town. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a welcome in both French and English. I was immediately helped by polite staff as they answered all my questions. Great selection of clothes, accessories and shoes. My pointe shoes were fitted in no time. Truly enjoyed my experience and will be coming back! Merci!

This place is awesome! My daughter told me (last minute, of course), that she needed black flat ballet shoes for her performance tomorrow (she's not in ballet). Cue me, desperately trying to figure out where to go. This place has them, for a good price, and the lady who works there is SUPER helpful and friendly. 100% recommend. Also, note: apparently they just moved to 3945 San Denis (4 doors down from their old shop), and go down the stairs. So thankful for this place!

The atmosphere is nice and the chocolate croissants are good, but I prefer to drink my coffee in a real cup, not a paper cup.
