This branch sets a new low for customer service. Counter service is grossly undermanned, phones are never answered live, and the best is that when I left a message in their branch VM, no-one replied for 4 DAYS! Terrible service

I went to bank for preliminary mortgage approval in June, provided information to broker onsite, she told me will contact me via email or phone. No information came to me so I went to bank to followup, teller took a note and told me the broker will contact me soon...emm,two weeks soon enough??I will never finance from there.

Slow unfriendly service. They never make you feel appreciated. And today one of the tellers asked someone in an office for help because there was a long line and the person refused. Just wow.

This branch is closest to my home so I've been visiting it recently to make payments for an estate account. It's incredibly frustrating because it seems every time I visit, the rules" and "policies" surrounding how estate accounts work seems to change. Despite paying bills from the account on multiple occasions

My experience in this branch with the staff has been great so far. They try to be helpful and accommodating.Especially the branch manager (Huma) didn't hesitate to do everything she can, when there was an issue re. transaction on hold by another branch.

Delays in processing bank balance statements. They say you could get it in 4 days but you have to call or visit them often to get it done and it actually takes 1 to 2 weeks. It has happened 3 times so far. Excuses and apologies but nothing get done on time.
