This is my favorite place for an amazing massage. Devi is amazing. I have even treated my husband to massage and pedicure ay HahnThe staff is amazing.

Sonia was so accommodating, as there was a mix-up while booking with another location and she fit me in with Daylin for an hour massage and WOW she is amazing. Beautiful atmosphere and great service definitely recommend going there.

Yesterday I had an apt with Vanessa to get gel polish removed and a classic manicure done. I have never been to this spa before and was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere when I first walked in. Was just a bit hot in the manicure area so maybe put the AC up a bit. I must say I was beyond impressed by Vanessa and the way she did my nails. She was friendly yet professional. She didn’t kill my nails. She in fact took her time soaking off the gel polish and didn’t use that god awful nail file drill. Was very relaxing and great conversation as well. I will definitely go back to see Vanessa for my future manicure needs and other spa treatments. Thank you Vanessa for a good first impression and a relaxing experience.

honestly one of the worst spa places ive ever been to. i booked my appointment weeks in advance to make sure i can get my nails done in time for my graduation. once i got there i will say the place is really nice and it looks clean. the ladies at the front desk were nice and asked me to sit down and wait. as soon as i sat down the two girls started chatting and having a loud and a inappropriate conversation. after waiting for over 30 minutes i was guided to a room and was told to sit down wherever id like. the woman left me waiting for her to come back for a good 20 minutes. throughout the whole appointment i was very nice and i never argued or even raised my voice. once she came back she grabbed my hand and immediately started drilling. she was quite literally twisting my arm around and at one point she twisted it the wrong way and i heard my elbow pop. i showed her the design i wanted on my phone and i asked if she was able to do it. she said yes of course we can. she cut my nails way too short but since im shy i didnt say anything. she kept using her nails to try and move my skin which it ended up bleeding from how much pressure she was using. after she was done the shaping and prep my nails looked all crooked. she them says we cant do the design at all because it wouldn’t look good?? she starts getting mad at me for asking why she couldn’t do it and told me to stand up and pick a colour. i chose a pink thinking that it would be the base. but then i see her put a top coat on and pushed me out to the front desk. i had really high expectations from this place but it was not at all what i wanted. i went home crying because i didn't know what i was supposed to do with my graduation being a few days away. i would have to go out in a black dress with shimmery pink nails. the next day i booked an appointment with another nail place and they were shocked from the technique that was used. the ladies felt bad for me there and gave me a discount and gave me some candy. im so happy they are fixed now but i will never be coming back to this place and i will make sure to tell people to not come here. i wish i could give this 0 stars. i attached what i asked and what i got.

Took my girls to get their nails done for graduation. I've been going to Hanh for many years for various services but didn't go recently since the pandemic. I always love the decor, the atmosphere and the tranquility of this spa so I pick it over the faster, more McDonald's style services of other spas. Giving it the two stars (really 5 out of 5) for the atmosphere. Its still a beautifulspa. However, for an overall rating it's a 2/5 since after spending time and money there, my girls had to redo their nail polish later the same evening. After doing their nails, they were very meticulous and ensured they didn't touch anything so that their nails would dry fully. We should have known that we would have issues because even in the spa, the nail polish was peeling without even touching it. The aesthetician tried to blame it on my daughter because she has very long nails. Sadly, I don't think I'll be going back. Perhaps they need to change all of their nail polishes since they might be old?

Vi is an amazing nail technician . She also was excellent with my eyebrow shaping. Had a wonderful experience at Hanh!

Great place for mani pedi and waxing. Everyone who works there is very kind..and the spaces are very clean

Booked two basic facials, manicure and pedicure for my friend and I. The spa atmosphere was definitely there however, staff was running around with pieces of paper in there hand trying to figure out what time are there Apts and who was with them. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable feeling. We also arrived a few minutes before because we were so excited to have a mom break. When we got to the facial room it was very cozy and loved that my friend and I were in the same room beside each other. The person that was doing my facial her name was Devi and hardly asked me any questions about my skin. She rushed right into doing my skin. The worse thing was that my friend was getting the same facial and the treatment she received was more professional. Also Devi used a scrub around my eyes and cleanser I think which cause my eyes to burn.I mentioned to Devi that my eyes are tearing and had to wipe it a few times. It’s been a few hours and my eyes are still burning. Devi mentioned some treatments for my face and mentioned I have alot of acne scars. Devi did not tell me what she was using on my face and She made me feel terrible about my skin. Worse thing is I am also a esthetician and work in customer service and some of the products she was using on my face shouldn’t of been used on my eye area or should of been explained to me on what she was doing. I’mAll about giving people chances but even my friend notice her service was not the same as the other esthetician. Devi also left me for 20 mins laying down with product on my face to attend another client with her eyebrows. At this time my eyes were burning and I was upset I just wanted to leave. I felt disgusted because I wasn’t even sure if she washed her hands as she left me in the room to attend another client. The person who gave me a manicure and pedicure was good and professional but wish she talked a little more and mentioned her name. This place has so much potential and hope that management can really look into training staff a little more.- keep the business private and don’t talk in front of Clients- use yours and Clients name- get to know the clients and skin- recommend treatments based on getting to know them.- upsell and know what products your using for that skin types- etc.Great place to have in Brampton but needs better training.

I would not recommend or come back. The technician was 45 minutes late for my pedicure appointment and then wasn’t sure of the appointment I booked (didn’t get the spa package that was originally booked). The chair was broken so I had to sit at the end of the seat for her to scrub my feet. The solution: they offered me a 15% discount for this appointment and the next but to be honest I will not go back.

I and my friend went for a regular body massage on Mother’s Day and the experience was excellent. The ladies who did our massage (Devi & Samaya) were very friendly. It was a 1 hour massage and we both enjoyed it. We are definitely going to go back again. They also had ample parking space.
