Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store

I was trying to get a stain for my new cabinets.NOTE: Review is for the company and not one location.- I went to location on 152 st and was sent to 120st location then sent to 128 st. A simple phone call to the other locations would have told the 1st rep that they could not make the stain shown on the minwax pamphlet .- The last 2 stores did not even have the pamphlet had me drive back to 152 location to get the sample pamphlet.- After driving around for 1 and a half hour the 3rd store told me they can’t make me a sample because they are out of one of the 2 stains required and to come back in a week….- If getting a sample takes that long imagine how long getting the actual stain will take- The reps in the 1st two stores did not even know that a custom sample was possible and actually told me it does not exist. When shown the pamphlet the reaction was “OH”- NO idea why I even gave 3 starts. Maybe it was just my experiance

Manager is rude. He doesn't know reputation of sherwin Williams. Behaviour very bad.

Very disappointing it happened the third time as asked for grey oil primer and instead they gave me white primer.
