Don't waste your money. So expensive. Terrible service. Everything is old. The balloons didn't even last 4 hours. This place is terrible. They should close down

Poor service. Due to covid, we had to cancel a 60th wedding anniversary for which we had ordered balloons. After calling and speaking with the owners several times to inquire about some kind of credit for the balloons which were never collected, they refused to acknowledge it and ‘could not find our order’, for which we provided a receipt. Just disappointed in the whole thing.

I came in to purchase some baloons ; last minute for my birthday party and my reveal , that same night after a baloon company fell through. These 2 ladies helped me create 2 nice bouquets of balloons. They were patient and stayed after hours! They have a variety of choices for different events and I was able to. I'm soo glad they were there to help me. Thank you soo much ! The party was a success
