The bathroom was disgustingly dirty at 7:30 in the morning. When I told a staff member, she said she had just cleaned it! I did not eat any food or drink because the place was filthy.

First thing u see when u walk up to the door is over flowing garbage !!!! The teller whom was obviously new super polite great service the manager making the bagels toasted the bagels then realized the teller didn’t charge for both cream cheese so instead of just making it and teaching her later she holds up the very long line and publicly corrects the teller making me go back to the line to pay a dollar for cream cheese while my bagel gets cold as well as the man with the giant beard had no beard net on so my son wasn’t surprised when he found hair in his food if it was possible to give this place negative stars I would except for the blond cashier hunny your doing great

Lifetime achievement awards to them for worst tim hortons in my life. Disgusting attitude of staff. Unhygienic floors washroom tables and children seat as well. They even close one washroom so that to do less work. Please focus on them. Its reputation of timhorton.

Stop putting 5 extra large coffees in 1 tray/bag. Last 3 time it just soaked the bag & food. This time, I went to pick the bag up and the bottom fell out. All over my porch & entry room floor.I love being able order, but seriously get your packing sh!t together.

This was the most disgusting Tim Hortons, and frankly fast food place I've been inside of in recent memory. Bathrooms filthy, floors filthy, tables filthy, literally everything was dirty. It felt gross just being in there. I had to lean over the counter to make sure the equipment was not in a similar state. It was reasonable enough to have a beverage but I wouldn't eat food here. Staff were friendly but they sure as sh*t ain't cleaning anything.

Forgot my hash brown but when we went back through they apologized and gave it to us no issues, I had also gotten a cream cheese bagel and to my liking there just wasn’t enough cream cheese and it was to dry so at the window I asked the supervisor if I could get a new one she herself went and made me a brand new one and it was 10x better, I really appreciated the great customer service. Wish I would have caught her name but she was very sweet so thank you:)

We stopped for breakie at 7:30 in the morning on the way out of town (June 23)- this location albeit service and food was good, the restaurant was filthy dirty with garbage cans overrun inside, tables dirty - floors dirty - we had to ask to have our table wiped - obviously the crew that closed the night before just left without completing the closing duties as i can't imagine the condition being this gross inside from being open for only a couple of hours! In these times especially - the standards of cleanliness should be at the top of the list - to Management - time to have a meeting with your crew (who were friendly and efficient but did not show pride of work space)

Absolutely disgusting. 5 tables extremely dirty and food still on them. Cleaned my own table with a baby wipe. Ate and the whole time I’m there. There was many times no one was in line or the drive thru yet a lot of giggling and talking over each other. Tim Hortons isn’t owned by Canadians anymore and it shows. Disgusting management
