They kept missing my pockets on my pants so I mentioned. The guy told me they don't clean pockets. I've never heard this before and since then, I've asked around. This is unheard of in drycleaning. Horrible customer service. Rude.

Small shop that does great work at a fair price. My experience is limited to the hemming of pants but very satisfied with the service.

I called inquiring about whether they sew leather and an approximate price. He said yes to the 1st question & then cut in I'm busy I don't have time & then hung up. Any business that doesn't take the time to discuss their services within 2 minutes is not worth the time. Perhaps their workmanship is the same ... A PASS"

Had a bad experience with ANOTHER store in the mall and this service was the total opposite. Very impressed and was half the price I was quoted than the other place.

Terrible owner , white male, white male , balding in 50sTold me my clothes would be ready on a certain day just to shut me up.I dropped the clothes to him on Thursday told me Wednesday they’ll be ready. Told him I need it Tuesday if he can’t do that I’ll go somewhere else , just to shut me up and to keep my business he told me okay Tuesday it be readyTuesday comes he starts to say oh I never said Tuesday bla bla … showed him a video of him saying Tuesday and he told me to get out of here

Their work may be good but they try to over charge you. I had gone to ask for a service and was quoted a certain price for it (I went with a second person so I have a witness). I went back the next day to actually drop off the dress and was charged $5 more than what I was told just the day before. Anyways I had already paid and let that go. I went back for the exact same service but for another dress 2 weeks later and when I asked how much, a different man told me $40. I told him I had just gotten the same thing done 2 weeks ago and I paid $20 and I can show the receipt but he claimed “that was a different job”. He came down from 40 to 35 to 30.. but said he will not do it for $20. Save your time and go elsewhere that is consistent with their prices and won’t overcharge you. If you are running a business you should have a price list that is consistent for each job and not charge customer whatever you wish each time.

Came to pick up something for my husband that he needed for tomorrow. The hours on the door say that they are open until 5pm. I got here at 4:50 (I finish work at 4 and it was the quickest I could get here) and everything was locked up. No sign on the door to indicate why it was closed early. I even tried calling the number in case someone was inside, but no luck. Not impressed and frankly quite upset. Not good business practice at all.

I've been twice. 1st time for last minute dress shirt alterations, the second for letting out a suit for a wedding because I've plumped out during COVID (again last minute required). Absolutely FANTASTIC service both times. Clothing was ready exactly when they said it would be, and fit perfectly. I was very impressed and thankful.
