So I'm not the only one that has had poor work done by this company. They also installed a gas patio heater in my new townhouse unit, but did so incorrectly (not according to the manufacturer's specifications) and will not correct the installation. Three other independent companies confirmed it was not installed correctly, the manufacturer confirmed it was not installed correctly (and provided specific instructions how to install them), and the BC Safety Authority also confirmed it was not installed correctly. Despite all that, CJ Heating refuses to reinstall it correctly and are in the process of removing it. Like the other reviewer, I'm out a functioning patio heater - that I paid for!!!

CJ Heating installed my air conditioning unit and were wonderful to deal with. They helped me select a very quiet and very high efficiency unit and supplied all the needed documentation for my strata council. A special thank you to Jenna in the office for her quick and thorough service.Neil and the team installing the unit were friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Would highly recommend CJ Heating.

This company was referred by a friend who had his AC installed by them. Called two weeks before I was to move in to my new place for an AC quote. The receptionist said she would email me pricing for consideration. I thought this was weird as normally companies would send someone out to inspect before quoting. I never got an email, never got a call back. I thought about calling a second time after I moved but decided to inquire with other companies instead.

I WAS Extremely happy with CJ Heating! The following is my old review. Waited 7 hours today for a call back and never got one . When I called back I was told I was sent a voicemail, which I never got. Wish I was told right away the service I requested they didn't dothen I could have called other companies right away(Friendly and quick service at a very reasonable price. We will be using them in the future. I will also recommend them to everyone I know).

Chuck is extremely rude. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails and finally after saying I'd put a review on Google did he call back.I simply wanted an explanation as to how to repair an issue. He was extremely rude while I remained patient to the point where he hung the phone up on me.If this is how he treats someone who paid good money to install a complete townhome complex, I'd be wary dealing with him for smaller jobs.

Used them before to fix our tankless water system. Came on time and that's why I called them again. This time it was to fix a part related to the AC. The Tech came on time and quickly fixed the part as he has the part in his truck. This saved me some money and time as he didn't have to come back. Friendly and knowledgeable tech. Thanks

More than happy with price and installation of a new furnace. We thought the first quote we got was excessive. We were right. Through CJ the cost of the repair dropped from $2500 to $1700. Given the furnace was out of warranty we decided to go replace the whole unit. The price to replace with same high efficiency furnace was $1400 less than the original quote. On top of that the service from these guys was great, fast and 100%.

CJ installed and services my furnace & hot water on demand systems. Their office staff are always courteous and do a great job getting me scheduled in ASAP. Jordan is a wonderful service-tech; he is very knowledgeable, personable & thorough. Thank you all for your efforts & service. :) KS

CJ heating was the installer who our developer used for the heating system on our home and we had some warranty work done on our Carrier furnace a few years ago. Wes and Andrew helped with that and we’ve had no issues since then so we decided to go with CJ again on an AC system as Chuck was competitive with his pricing. Brent and Neil finished the instal on May 26 and we are glad on our decision to go with them. All were pleasant to deal with as they were punctual, efficient, did professional work and our family is happy staying cool this summer! Honeywell T6 thermostat is great to connect to our wifi and cool down our home before we get home when we are out. Wouldn’t hesitate to go with CJ again if we need help in the future.
