Disgusting customer service. Called to get receipt and got accused of not “being nice” after I had to repeat a simple email 3x’s. Told we couldn’t return (was for business). No intentions of returning after 1st night out of 3. Wouldn’t even let me repeat email said I had to email her.You should not be running a business. Zero stars.

Guest Inn is a clean, comfortable motel with reasonable prices charged.My family and I were looking for a stay for a couple of nights and Guest Inn was a good choice as they have diners, amenities,beer places and Canadian tire nearby.The rooms were in excellent condition with WiFi, TV,fridge,kettle,tea/coffee maker.The staff was friendly and helpful.Overall would recommend this for a clean,easily accessible and a budget stay.

Don't rip people off. Bunch of scam artists.Was looking for a pet friendly place for my daughter and her fiancee. They offered me a week to week rate, which worked well for them. I asked if they were pet friendly and they said yes but there would be a 200$ deposit. I said perfect. First week went well. The day after I paid 500$ for their 2nd week, they were yelling at my daughter, telling her to get out of the motel, as they are no longer pet friendly. They would give me my money back and they would refund my deposit either. To top it all off the shower water was cold.

AMAZING!!!! My family was looking for a comfortable and reasonable place to stay for the night. I couldn't have asked for anything more! The service was excellent, and the rooms were spotless. With everything going on in the world, they had excellent cleanliness and complied with all health and safety regulations. Everyone should go here, in my opinion!!

I recently stayed at this motel and for the price and location it was excellent even though it doesn’t offer a complimentary breakfast, it is close to many fast food restaurants. The owner was very friendly and tried to accommodate every issue we encountered. I did run into issues with another guest while stay there, but this could have happened anywhere. The owner was apologetic and dealt with the situation promptly! So my family and I could continue to enjoy our stay. If you like a family friendly environment, this is a good place as the owner and staff will try there best to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

We were running a little late for our trip and me and my wife needed a place to stay at ASAP. We went to this motel, and were welcomed with a bright smile and open arms. We were given our motel room within minutes. Me and my wife spent the night there and we can't express the sense of comfort we felt. I would definitely recommended this motel for those near by or looking for a place to stay during their road trip.

The lady at the office is very disorganized and not very friendly at all. We had 6 rooms for work. The rooms are not renovated as the sign says. It is a sub standard motel certainly not worth the money. Dirty rooms, tv’s didn’t work, no water pressure and the office lady yelling at people for no reason at all. Other guests that appear to live their full time were smoking whatever right in front of their rooms. The place is loaded with many not so desirable people that might scare you a little. DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely disgusting.

Being a clean freak, I found the hotel to match all my expectations! I loved the staff so much as they were very helpful and had a very friendly attitude towards my family. For the money paid, the service was incredible! I will defiantly keep this place in my mind again anytime I come nearby to make sure I stay a night because this was incredible!

Couldn't adjust air.65F. TV converter didn't work. Couldn't turn off or on. Couldn't change channel.No hand towels or face cloths. Poor water pressure. Paint pealing in bathroom. People party outside room to after 1200pm. Cost over 170 dollars night. Owner did give 25.00 for in convenience.

Honestly the location is perfect! The area was quiet , our room was clean and cozy. We loved the couple running this place . Thank you for an accommodating stay .
