Maxim's service level is simply fantastic. Nationally I have leased more than a dozen power units and purchased several dozen Great Dane trailers. Nationally the service level is great. Specifically, at the Edmonton Shop Wayne and the team always take care of our fleet's needs. His team even did some work to my personal horse hauler before I drove to California. The attention the team in Edmonton gives exceeds all reasonable expectations for our fleet. Can't say enough about Ed, Norm, Rhonda or Wayne and their respective teams.

Ray is just AWESOME.We were in a pickle near the end of the month and as everyone knows, dry van trailers are really hard to come by these days.I was able to get a hold of Ray and he said he had a truck in repair and was able to reserve it for us once it's fixed.Such a stress relief, he really saved us there! Leaving a good review is the least I can do for you guys!I wish the best for your company as you've got such selfless people like Ray working with you!

Dealt with Norm Chabot on a purchase of 2 more Great Dane dry vans. Had dealt with him previously on a new Great Dane. Installed new style lift gates on these trailers. Great service from a great guy and company!!!! Thanks from City Furniture

Went to this place for a CVIP for one of our trucks....they gave a quote, came to $5,000.00 so being a smaller company respectively we went and repaired mostly everything an brought it back....”well the new quote which there shouldn’t be one, there should only be taking off what we did am finishing the rest of the quoted work” was a bunch of additional now new stuff, plus one repair that prior was 150$ an after skyrocketed to 1575$! All together they added another 2200$ of stuff that was not needed. Ended up going to another company but had to pay the $1,200.00 invoice for work that as not approved “unless it was to the quote they had provided” but it was double the original quote as mentioned. The main guy told me an estimate is just an estimate...he may want to look up the meaning of that in that word!Ending to the story is we took the truck to another place an within 2 hours had a CVIP done for only the price of the inspection, but to get it here....would have taken $3,700.00!!! I would stay away from these guys.

I bought my first truck and I was dealing with Brain from Day 1 and he never disappointed me. All my inquiries and concerns were taken at priority. He always step forward to share the information. Maxim has always provided good, prompt service to our fleet lease trucks. Compared to other truck leasing companies I would say they are head and shoulders above the rest.
